To whom does the familiar voice belong?

Buffy turned and saw Willow's boyfriend Oz standing right behind her.

"Sorry about the Principal Snyder impression," he said. "But I couldn't resist. And what's with the outfit? I know it's kinda warm today but still --"

"Lend me your jacket, Oz," said Buffy.

"I beg your pardon?"

"Lend me your jacket, Oz," said Buffy. "Please. Before Principal Snyder does show up."

"Okay," said Oz.

He took off his jacket and gave it to Buffy, who immediately put it on, only to immediately throw it off because wearing it caused her such pain. She tried putting it again but again her skin burned with what seemed like the heat of a thousand suns and even parts of her that were not touching the jacket seemed to be touched by fire. So she threw it off again.

"You know you could have just handed it back to me," said Oz.

"I'm sorry," said Buffy. "But it was just so painful to wear. Literally painful."

"Sounds like you're the victim of a curse or something," said Oz. "I know something about curses -- but unfortunately for you, not how to fix them. Perhaps Giles can help. Or Willow."

"No, I'd rather not see Giles right now. But if Willow's around -- "

"Oh, look!" said Cordelia from behind Buffy. "Here comes Principal Snyder."
