Ostentatious and Wealthy Apparel → Elegant Gothic Maternity Dress

The off-brand maid uniform is nice enough, but I'd certainly not call it 'ostentatious' or particularly wealthy appearing anymore so... let's change it for something more stylistic, like an 'elegant gothic maternity dress.'

The colors of Lilian's dress invert, with her white shoulders turning black, her white sleeves and mantle turning white, and her entire skirt turning black. I then feel the distance between us close a bit as her pregnant belly swells - along with her tits - and her little ribbon turns red. Lilian's hands fondle and toy with her tits as they grow, one hand pulling its teat down while the other lifts it up and gently pinches it between her thumb and the side of her index finger.

The room's aesthetic has changed as well, along with Lilian's hairstyle, but the impromptu show was a bit distracting before it stilled.

That change certainly went further than expected, but I'm liking how this is turning out. So...
