Orichime had a problem. She was lucky enough to run into Ichigo, but after a while she got too needy. She need to approach him about it somehow, but how, could she do that? It’s not like she could ask him to… no that would never work.
Of course if she got too needy she could approach him at night while he sleeps, but that would be too low, and while he is this close they are, but if he wasn’t there she wouldn’t need to do this at all. Why did Rukia needed to be kidnapped? If she wasn’t kidnapped this situation would not exist.
Little Orichime did not know that Ichigo had similar thoughts because the same reason.
