Order your troops.

The first thing you do, while everybody makes their way to where you are, you place a hand over your forehead and lean against a nearby wall. You focus your mind yet again, this time on Snow. Your perspective stretches away from Castle Phoenix, and over many miles of land, before coming to a nauseatingly abrupt halt deep beneath the underbelly of the capital city of Tolis. You find yourself peering down into an unknown room with a few riding lizards, as well as a handful of people you've never met. Though among them is Snow, and near her is Lynx as well.

Not only that, but Rose is nearby, and she's geared up. "You'll have us when you need us," she says. Her eyes turn down to Mina near her feet, and the mouse gives her a thumbs up in response. Both of them look to Snow and Lynx, entirely oblivious to the battle south.

"I admit, I'm a little surprised you're so willing to do the hero stuff," Lynx says.

"You can call it whatever you want, but if the world is destroyed, I won't exactly have a criminal underworld to run anymore. Plus, that Elok Daven guy has been stepping on my toes way too much. It's hard to get things done, when once in awhile, I run into some of his allies. More and more people are turning to his side. You know the type. Guys who follow whoever promises them power, and looks like they could actually win."

"He won't win," Snow says, but then her hair stands on-end.

"Snow," you say.

Her ears perk up and she jumps. Reaching for her sword, she looks around her though sees nothing. "Who's there?" she asks.

"It's me. A lot is happening at once, but I'm speaking to you magically from back home. I can see that you've made an agreement with Shadow Garden."

"Ah. Kyle. Yes, we have."

Rose squints at her. "Uh. Kyle isn't here. What are you doing?"

"Do you not hear him?"

"You really do have a crush on that guy."

"It isn't like that! He's sending a message via magic. It seems only I'm able to hear this. Please, let me focus."

You continue. "It's bad. Avana is under attack. We're making a move now."

Her eyes widen. "Avana? It's being attacked as we speak."

Lynx grabs her by the shoulders. "Excuse me? Uhm, Kyle. Can you hear me?"

"... You can let her know that I can if you want, but let's stick with what's important. I need Shadow Garden to act immediately. Have you made other contacts?"

"Some," she replies. "What are your orders?"

"Take them. You specifically, Snow. I need you to march south from Tolis with everything you have and meet with the army attacking Avana. Meanwhile, Lynx is to march with Shadow Garden and proceed with the original plan. They need to move as quickly as they can, and make as much noise as they can. I leave the rest to you."

She takes a sharp inhale through her nose and peers stoically at her allies. "I won't let you down, my king." With that, she tucks her mask up over her nose and draws her bow. "Lynx! I have word from Castle Phoenix. Listen closely."

You then sever connection, and return your mind back to what's in front of you--everybody.
