Open to suggestions

“I don’t think me and Emma really planned for all that much to be honest. I didn’t know how long we were gonna be spending following him around so I didn’t want to promise anything and then have it fall through. I mean we’re mainly spending the time doing what I wanted to do so if there’s anything you can think of the fill the rest of the time then I’m open to that” you said, giving Emma and Grace the chance to make some plans.

“You're not the only one who wants to know what he’s up to so don’t think you're wasting my time doing this but if we do have time…” Grace replied, reassuring you before she started to think of plans herself.

All this time she had still been in only her panties and while you had been taking as many looks as you could, the sun was starting to set and soon there wouldn’t be enough light for you to get a proper look. That also meant there wouldn’t be any chance of someone seeing Grace through any of the windows but you weren’t going to mention that to her in hopes of her and Emma staying in as little clothes as possible for the rest of the journey.

You let Grace think of some ideas and waited for an answer from either her or Emma. You did have a few places you could go from your brief investigation into the area but they were all rather cheap options, something you could afford to do for everyone with the money you still had left.

“Oh there’s a sister location of that restaurant you like” Emma announced, looking up from her phone as she searched for nearby locations to the hotel.

“Well that sorts out at least one evening” Grace said with a smile before she continued, “but we might still need something to do during the day”

“There is a mall nearby as well. It’s got a cinema, a bowling alley and I think there were a few other places aside from the usual in there. Obviously there's a few clothes stores if you wanted to have a look around and I think I saw that there was a food court as well if we need a bite to eat” you suggested, letting Emma look up the place you remembered on her phone after you gave her the details.

The town you were all heading to wasn’t exactly a tourist destination, just like your home town, so there weren’t many attractions or places different for you to show off to them. It felt a bit too simple to just suggest going to a mall but it meant you could spend the time wandering around and you wouldn’t get stuck with just one activity if you decided to just move on, having plenty of options to choose from if it came to that.

“Sounds like a plan to me” Grace responded before telling Emma to make note of where it was on her phone for later.

Again more conversation followed as Emma checked out the stores they had there which lead to more topics than you would expect while you were all topless. It wasn’t long after that when the sun finally went down past the horizon and the car’s interior started to go dark. Grace finally seemed to realise there wasn’t much chance of anyone seeing you at this point.

“Come on, t-shirts back on. It might be getting colder soon and we will need the layers” Grace urged, her reasoning not really applying when she was only putting a tank top back on.

You and Emma put your tops back on and Grace waited until Emma took out her clothes from the glove box before she changed back into them at the next intersection. You briefly took your hand off of her side to change but you put it back almost immediately, not wanting to lose even a single second if it mean you could get Grace to level 4 this weekend.

You had been off and on highways multiple times at this point and you seemed to be finally getting to the outskirts of the town that was your destination. From what you could see out the window, it was just the same as any other town, not knowing if you had made it up in your mind that you were expecting something else.

After everything you had heard about what your father had done, maybe you thought the place he would be living should somehow be…different? You were struggling to make sense of why you thought that and even though you had shown everyone that you were indifferent to the situation compared to Lucy’s anger, a part of you seemed to care for reasons you didn’t want to know.

While still out of view from Grace, you gave the KDK a quick look as you went to the two profiles you wanted to check.

Looking at the good news first, your time spent holding Grace’s side had made a huge impact on her total, putting her ahead of every other subject in the amount of seconds she now had. You still had some time left of limit breaker so it was still set to go even higher but for now, you could say that using limit breaker now hadn’t been a waste.

For the other profile you usually avoided looking at, you were getting a lot closer than you were before. You remembered that the previous distance you had seen while you were testing at school was around 23,000m which wasn’t a huge distance but still one that you wouldn’t have been willing to travel if you had been alone.

Grace turned off of the highway for what was probably the final time and the unfamiliar streets passed by, the car stopping more frequently alongside the other traffic and giving Grace more opportunities to look in your or Emma’s direction.

“Just to make sure, were heading to the house now and then going straight to the hotel?” Grace asked, wanting to get confirmation from you before she made the final decision.

“Yep, I’m sure but could you park a bit further away at first?” you replied.

“Sure thing” she said with a smile, not asking for a reason which calmed you down a bit more.

You kept checking the profile to see how far you were away and soon you were below the 1000m mark, the dark neighbourhood streets around you now lit with streetlights with sections of darkness perfect to stealthily hide the car in.

All too soon, Grace stooped the car just around the corner from the street you had told her to go to, the one you presumed was the right one and from the low enough number you could see on his profile for distance, it looked like your earlier calculations had been correct.

“So what’s the plan?” Grace asked again, letting you take one last final look at your phone before you had to decide what came next.
