Open the Door

You open the your door to see Jared waiting for you outside your room.

"Good, you're dressed. Now every day you will have some chores around the ship, It'll help pass time, we won't be reaching the next port for about 2 weeks. So if you don't want to go crazy cooped up in that room I suggest you come out among the crew from time to time."

As Jared leads you through the ship he explains you have a little bit of freedom onboard the ship. You can choose how you fill your day.

The cook always needs help peeling vegetables and preparing food for the crew, or if you want to spend time out on the deck there are brushes and buckets for scrubbing. Both are fairly menial jobs but you know they must be important to keep the ship clean.

Doing neither would be wasting time you could better invest in growing your relations with your crew.

Jared shows you where the quarters for the crew members are; small, but adequate.
