Onward, upward and then down.

Stowing your newly aquired flask in the waistband of your loin cloth you head back up the staircase you were so angriliy sprinting up a minute ago. You step up and past the crumbled hollow corpes and open another gate that leads to a clearing. Gripping the improvised lump of wood that you decided call your club you step out to the clearing. You hear a soft groan as two more hollows stalk around the far left corner, the pair welding broken straight swords. You walk forward plank shield held close ready to block. Suddenly one lunges at you and flies through the air with uncanny speed as the hollow tries to connect a swing of its blade. You smile and step into the attack and slam your shield into his blade aside and opening him up to you. Once he lands in front of you you slam the club down onto the hollows skull, causing it to drop to its knees and slump to the floor. You continue to press your attack as the second one clambered to you. With a weird twitch the hollow flails it's blade around in a flurry of blows that you stand away from waiting for it to calm. Once it seems to slow you rush in and catch the blade as it falls with your shield and slam the club into the hollows knees, you follow this up with a swift blow to the head ending the brawl. Pushing on to the corner where the pair came from a faint twinge runs up your left arm and you instinctively raise it up to cover your head. It was an arrow, thanks to some deja-vu you caught it with your shield. You run toward the hollow bow man standing at the base of a small set of stairs and smash his skull before he let's off a second volly. Now to your left there is an eerie fog wall that seems to distort the frame it's in at the top of the small stairs, but dead ahead is a small room with light and that draws you in. You peak around the corner and see a new kind of hollow with a propper blade, shield and ragged plate armor. It doesn't seem to notice you so you leave, however you do know it was standing by an old iron bar door.

You take a deep breath. "Alright, where do you take me huh?" Touching the fog wall it feels as though it's pulling you through it, then before you can stop you can't free your hand and are dragged through. Once through the thin wall of fog you find yourself on very small balcony. Looking up you see a broken ceiling and then looking down your heart drops to your feet. You're looking down on the monster that smashed your body to bits, after a second it looks up and your gazes meet.

You leap.

Falling to the monster you see its eyes begin to widen and you throw your shield away. Before impact you grab your club with both hands and smash the monster right in the nose as you land on its face. You jump down it's back and slide down to the floor as the huge monster stumbles in pain. Taking this chance you stand and swing at the stubby feet of the monster and hear and satisfying crack as the bones break. The monster bellows in pain in response and falls to the ground over it's bum foot it's large great hammer falls with a crash and you run up to its face as it snarls and shrieks. With all the power you can muster you smash the monsters face with three heavy swings of your club and it stops moving and breathing.

"That's right, Fuck you ass hat." You say out of breath. Suddenly the monsters body begins to fade to white and then stream into you. "What the?" You feel a rush of strength and large key appears where the monsters hammer fell. Grabbing the key you look it over and head to the big doors where you can see a large key is needed. You put the key in and turn and the doors swing open on their own. They open to a small broken tile path that leads up a hill. "Only one way I'd guess." You walk out and up the hill and through the ruins of some older structure and stop at the edge of cliff. "OK, is this Anor Londo?" You sigh and drop to your knees in defeat and look up into the air when- "Caw!!!" A giant crow grabs you up in its talons.
