Josh knew that he'd nearly made a perfect world. But there was one more thing he wanted to change. He did some searching and then started a new rule.

Women start lactating at age 18. After a week of this, they gain the ability to turn their lactation on and off at will. Because of this breastfeeding of all ages is considered normal and is rather common. Public, recreational breastfeeding is a common occurrence and there are even milking parlors that are similar to ice cream parlors.

Looking it over for typos and finding none, Josh pressed save. Now he'd created a perfect world. He might change some more later, but this was a world he wanted to explore.
