Where does he go?

On a hunt!

Otis feels himself getting horny by the thought of applying his new powers. He looks around the diner for a suitable prey. Sigh, noone in sight. Only one woman, and she must be well over 60. Not his cup of tea. He steps out on the street and walks back towards the bar district. Suddenly he spots a gorgeous blonde he tried to pick up earlier. She appears to be quite drunk, and walks down the street with a group of friends, talking loudly and laughing.

Otis walks up behind them and says barely audible: "Stop". They all immediately stop, perplexed as to why, and turn around to look at him. The blonde recognizes him and becomes visibly annoyed. "You again? I thought I made it clear I want nothing to do with you". Otis stays silent for a few seconds, before simply saying "Take off your clothes". The blonde stares at him in disbelief - both at the bizzare command and the fact that she is complying. Suddenly she is standing completely naked in the middle of the street, the chill evening air causing her puffy nipples to harden. Her friends stand around her in shock, unable to intervene.

"Get down on your knees, and lick my boots". Otis continues to command in a soft voice. The blonde immediately gets down and starts licking the mud from his boots.
Otis suddenly kicks her hard in the head. "That's what you get for thinking that you're better than me!" he suddenly screams. The blonde screams in pain and starts sobbing as she gets back to licking his boots, blood dripping from her broken nose.
