Oh Dear.

Nedzu & Toshinori sat drinking tea, discussing the new holder of OFA. Suddenly Nedzu's computer beeped, announcing that he had received an email. He opened it to see the records for Izuku Midoriya & Katsuki Bakugou from Aldera. He started reading through them, his High Specs quirk helping him to speed read. "Oh dear..."

"What is there a problem with Young Midoriya?" Toshinori asked. Nedzu just turned his screen so Toshinori could read. While he began drinking tea, visibly angry.

*SHATTER*

Toshinori dropped his tea cup, & coughed up blood in shock. Before his face grew stormy. "I assume we are denying Bakugiu's acceptance?" he asked, accepting the offered handkerchief. "No. I fear that would not be in our best interest."

"Surely you aren't considering still accepting him. If this got out the public would riot."

“He would have to be admitted on probation. A single incident & he’s out.” Nedzu said with utter seriousness. “The boy is motivated to become a hero, & he has proven himself competent. My primary concern is that if he isn’t given the opportunity to learn from his mistakes & change his behavior, his explosive rage will find another outlet. Deny him a chance to be a hero, he may become a vigilante, if not an outright villain.”

"I'm sorry, sir. But he is already a villain. However you are right. What are we going to do about the school?"

"Let me handle that. I have been looking for a reason to break out my good wrecking ball." Nedzu said, before starting to cackle madly. Toshinori shivered, as he discretely backed out of the room.

A/n: I mentioned Re-Destro & the MLA being defeated early how is that done. Do the police & heroes arrest them. Or does Izuku knock some sense in them by comparing the treatment of quirkless to be the exact reverse of the treatment Destro recieved during the Dawn of Quirks & confessing to openly admiring Destro, Stating that Izuku felt that Destro wanted free quirk use with in reason. He gives examples of the dangers of unregulated quirk use: flying quirks getting inthe way of planes, whirlpools disrupting shipping traffic, even mentioning Midnight putting people to sleep.
