You offer her a beer too, and she politely refuses.

Arabella asks what made your day so bad that you're drinking like that and you tell her all sort of family troubles and how the travel was exhaustive. She takes a look at you and sit in the table, telling you how her day was also a pain, she stayed in the kitchen working the whole time...

You listen her complains and make understanding noises, so she keeps talking and ends taking a beer for herself too. You two chat for a long time about problems and you feel like she's a friendly and hard-working woman, if one frustrated at men in general and at all kinds of bullshit that women have to tolerate in a small town.

Then she says it's late and soon Calvin will turn himself on the bed and look for her, so she should go.

You watch her leaving, noticing how hot she is, and you can't stop thinking that she not only knows that you're looking, but also approves. Still, she didn't gave you any openings. Maybe tomorrow? It certainly seems like you could seduce her if you spend more time on it.

Then you go to the bed thinking about Arabella.
