You react just in time to prevent the door from closing completely.

A blonde girl, dressed in a black hoodie and yoga pants and carrying what looks like a heavy box, makes her way inside, thanking you with a big smile.

"Which floor?", you ask her, trying hard not to stare too much at her shapely butt.

"9. Thanks a lot.", she says, still panting from her earlier exertions.

"Are you moving in today too, Melissa?", Gabrielle says with a grin, and for an instant the blonde girl gives her an incredulous look, wondering how this Asian chick she had never met before could know her name. She quickly remembers that her name is written in big on the box though, and both girls giggles as you can't stop but smile as well.

"Yeah, I live quite close to the university so I did not have to move in too early."

"Why are you living in rez then?", both you and Gabrielle ask simultaneously, drawing another set of giggles from everyone.

"Well, I wanted to experience the proper uni life, can't really do that at home", she says with a smirk.

The elevator comes to a sudden stop. Melissa, despite seeming to have quite an athletic build, laboriously picks up her box again. "Seems like I've reached my floor. Hope to see you around guys.", she says, slowly getting out of the lift.
