Of course she does!

Torrie celebrates her victory as the referee raises her hand in victory! She notices the bucket of sewage water Stacy had planned on using on her. As the referee lets go of her hand, Torrie walks up to the bucket and is disgusted by the smell of it. Torrie, furious that Stacy was going to use this on her, comes up with an evil plan. She pulls the still downed Stacy towards the turnbuckle and seats her down by the bottom turnbuckle. Stacy still dazed sits there, unaware of what is about to happen to her. Torrie points to the bucket and then points to Stacy. The crowd erupts!

Torrie begins to lift the bucket, but stops. She sets it down and puts her finger on her lips. She has a different plan. Torrie pumps up the crowd, raising the roof! Torrie lowers her tights, revealing a red thong. She squats over the bucket and lowers her ass in the filthy water. Putrid water drips from her ass as Torrie moves toward the still downed Stacy. Torrie turns around and begins to give Stacy the most disgusting stinkface imaginable. Stacy, now awake, screams and tries to push Torrie off of her, as sewage water gets into her mouth and all over her face. Torrie finally releases the hold, laughing, as Stacy crawls toward the middle of the ring, retching and spitting out the putrid water.
