Of course not

I didn't like that he was ruining our special night. That he was inserting himself into our lives without care or concern.

But I couldn't ask Sarah to do something she would regret. Something that might blemish her otherwise pure soul.

"Okay. He can stay." I started. Alreadying seeing Sarah's face light up. "But he has to help out with the move in!"

"Yes! I know he will!" Sarah bounced on her toes. Jumping forward to hold me tight and kiss my cheek. "This is why I love you so much. You're such a good person."

My heart swelled hearing her say that. I hadn't made my mind up yet about Guy, but I knew I'd made the right decision.

Sarah rushed back outside, pulling me with her. She was so excited not to let him down, to keep her promise. She thought I was a good person but really it was all her. I'd been ready to kick our guest out, but as always she knew what the right thing to do was.

"We'd love to have you Guy!" Sarah beamed, holding me beside her.

"And I'll love having you!" Guy replied. Standing up and approaching her with his arms open. "How about a welcome hug?"

A welcome hug?

"Of course silly." Sarah giggled. Letting me go and accepting Guys embrace.

Before I could say anything Guy dove in for the hug. Wrapping his arms around Sarah, keeping his hands on her bare skin, uncomfortably close to her ass.

But worse than that was his face. Guy was a short...guy... shorter than Sarah, which wasn’t too surprising given she was taller than the average girl. But as it turned out, Guy was just short enough that a hug from Sarah lined her boobs up perfectly with his face.

A fact that seemed quite lost on her. Most girls would probably notice when they were motorboating a guy while hugging them, but Sarah was different. So sweet and innocent, she just held Guy tightly with him nose deep into her cleavage.

"Uhh... Guys..." I tried to interject as the hug lingered on for longer than was necessary.

"There's only one of me, actually." Guy's response was muffled as he talked directly into Sarah's boob. His mouth, lips and maybe even tongue brushing against her soft skin with every syllable.

"Oh Guy." Sarah laughed. Looking back at me, rolling her eyes while smiling. Silently communicating 'Isn't he such a scamp.' to me.

It was hard to believe he didn't know what he was doing. No amount of awkwardness or social ineptitude made somebody this unaware of their actions. I wanted to pull him off her, to tell him to back off, but I couldn't. Not when Sarah didn't understand what his actions meant. I'd have to pull her aside and explain before laying down the law with Guy.

So instead of doing something, I helplessly stood by and watched as Guy nuzzled his head into Sarah's chest. Until finally he decided to let go.

"Thanks Sarah, your hugs are always the best!" Guy sounded innocent enough, but I knew- wait... 'always' the best? How many 'hugs' has he gotten out of her???

"Sooo how 'bout I get started on dinner?" I said. Trying to keep my voice steady. "Sarah, do you want to help me cook?"

"I should probably finish up unpacking with Guy." She told me. Turning to Guy and making her voice more playful. "I'm going to put you to work mister!"

"Great - Perfect." I said before Guy could make any comments. "But maybe come help me decide what to cook? Just for a moment."

"Oh.. sure." She seemed to get what I wanted. Walking with me into the kitchen so we could talk in private.

"Is there a problem?" She asked when we were alone.

"No... not a problem...just..." It was hard to put my concerns into words. Words that wouldn't sound like I was suddenly changing my mind on Guy staying here. "Don't you think he's being a bit... inappropriate?"

"What? I don't understand." She really was too pure for this world. I hated seeing that get taken advantage of.

"You know... like when he said he'd 'love having you'?"

"Oh, he didn't mean anything by it. That's just him being awkward."

"And what about that hug... his face was-"

"I see what's going on here." Sarah said. A thin sly smile building on her face. "You're getting jealous."

"What?"

"It's okay Liam, it's flattering!" She kissed my forehead, snickering a little. "But there's nothing to worry about. Guy's like a little brother to me."

"I'm worried he doesn't think of you like a sister."

"Oh so you are jealous?" Her smile was a full blown grin now. "I do love seeing you act all possessive, but it's a little silly right now. I mean he's just a kid."

"He's a kid?" That took the wind out of me. He was obviously pretty short, but I figured he couldn't be that much younger. "But, I thought he was a student with you?"

"I told you he was smart! He skipped a bunch of grades and got in really early! That's why he's not as... socially aware... as everyone else. And why I don't want to let him down! I know what it's like, not fitting in..."

Everything was making a lot more sense. Why he was so socially awkward, why he was acting a little entitled, why he didn't think anything of pressing his face into Sarah's chest. Why Sarah was doing so much to make him feel comfortable and accepted.

"Just think of Guy like he's my younger sibling." Sarah told me. "The kid brother I never had."

Was she trying to resolve some of her own trauma by looking out for Guy? Healing herself through this connection to him? I wasn't sure he deserved it, but it warmed my heart to see her being such a positive **** in the world.

"It'd be a little dumb to get jealous of my actual brother, wouldn't it?" Sarah teased.

"Maybe a little..." I said. A smile forcing itself onto my face.

"It's okay, I forgive you!" She playfully joked. "Just promise to overlook some of his behaviour. He's not perfect, but he has a good heart. And he'll never learn if we don't help him."

"Promise." I said. Leaving in to kiss Sarah's lips. Even after dating her for these past years, it still made me feel tingly knowing I got to do that."

"Now if you're feeling better, I should get back to Guy." Sarah held her fingers to her lips. Cheeks lightly blushing. "Those boxes aren't going to unpack themselves!"

I don't know what had come over me, but as usual talking Sarah made everything better. What was I even worried about? For one thing, I knew Sarah loved me as much as I loved her. She wouldn't let a guy take advantage of her, especially not a guy that looked like...guy. I knew I wasn't anything special, but next to Guy I might as well have been a Greek God.

Hmmm, felt weird comparing my appearance to a kids. Even if he looked older than he probably was. Which was how old anyways?

"So how old is he?" The simple question left my lips with barely a thought. Sarah casually giving the answer before heading back to Guy. My mind received the information, categorised it and put it away before turning itself to the task of preparing dinner.

But then, my thoughts snagged over an inconsistency in her words. The facts not matching up with expectation. The words replayed in my mind, and this time I paid attention to them. Fully taking in what she revealed.

"Oh, Guy?" She had said. "He's Eighteen.”
