New Rule: this item shall be capable of understanding slang and references that the owner would know and act accordingly to said knowledge.

New Rule: in most cases unless the owner desires the world around the item and owner shall freeze in a fashion similar to how some shows do to signify talking to the audience without interference from others that may not be aware of the fourth wall. In this case it's for the owner to ether do the same, put something down in the item or in rare cases isolate potential individuals from their known reality to communicate with them or do something to said individual more personally within the sort of paused timeish thing.

New Rule: the owner shall gain un-intrusive cosmic awareness aswell as the same knowledge as the current theoretical higher version of themselves knows at usually any given time unless a story needs to develop or something.

New Rule: the owner shall have their physical body automatically phase through stuff if it would otherwise be dangerous to them on the physical plane unless plot needs to happen.

New Rule: the current owner of this version of the Rulebook known under the name Devin justice shall be able to view other versions/ realities of Rulebook book owners under the condition they are unable to affect them and shall be ether used as reference material or commentary that in their own reality. (Potential to be meta shall be up to even higher powers.)^

Old Rule: the person with the Rulebook and name Devin Justice is capable of verbally telling anyone what to do, how to think, what they are, what they believe and what their past is and everyone will completely believe them and obey them while thinking it's completely normal unless Devin Justice says otherwise. (All effects are just mental really and so no physical changes will occur this way unless it's under the amazing power that is the psyche usually.)

Old Rule: Devin Justice may ask anything they want from anyone and they will answer honestly to the best of their knowledge.
