Obstacle course

The wheel landed on a wedge labeled "Wipeout" after spinning a couple of times.

"Is that copyright infringement?" Emma asked.

"We exist in another dimension. Your copyright laws have no jurisdiction on us," Spiral said. "Now show us that course!"

This time the entire room shimmered. When the light was gone, Jean and Spiral were standing in chairs on the outreaches of a large obstacle course over water. Emma was standing at one end with bumpers and walls of boxing gloves in the way of the other edge.

"You have ten minutes to cross the course Emma!" Spiral called out from her chair. "Try not to fuck it up!" She smiled.

Emma just stewed. This was a waste of ten minutes.

"Why isn't she moving?" Jean asked around the minute-thirty mark.

"Oh, she can't," Spiral said.

"She can't?" Jean asked.

"One of her first transformations," Spiral said as she leaned back in her chair. "That chain connected to her breasts isn't just for show. She can't move without it being tugged on."

"Oh, okay." Jean pondered. Then, she acted. Her eyes glowed pink as she gently tugged on the leash. She sent a message to Emma's mind.

'Emma, you can move now,' It said.

'Thanks,' Emma shot back.

With her full range of motion being allowed, Emma crushed the obstacle course. In some ways literally. She used her diamond form to get around, her high mass being immune to any punches or shoves the obstacle course threw at her. The actual problem was just the jumping. She landed in the water a couple times but was still able to get to the buzzer with about a minute to spare.

"Yes!" Jean jumped up and down.

"Great," Spiral rolled her eyes.

The shimmering returned and in a moment all three women were back on stage. Once they were situated Spiral started speaking again.

"Okay well obviously there was some foul play involved," Spiral said. "Nothing in the rules at the time said you couldn't help each other. That's on us. Now let's be clear," she snapped her fingers and suddenly a glass column came crashing down and surrounded Jean, locking her inside a transparent tube. "There will be NO ASSISTANCE in these challenges. That tube blocks all psychic abilities. No telekinesis, and no telepathy."

"This is so unfair!" Jean said as she banged on the glass wall.

"Just be lucky that our deal is still on in the first place," Spiral said. "Now, a win is still a win so Emma, choose a case."

"Can I at least get a towel?" Emma said, ringing out her soaking wet hair.

"No," Spiral said.

"Find. I'll take case number 6," Emma said with a wide smile.

Author's Note: I'll be honest, day one I didn't like ring out for this reason. I had this whole thing planned with Emma crushing an obstacle course because she couldn't be phased due to her diamond form and then the masses decide she actually can't move anymore. My friends tell me I should stop putting "wrong answers" on my polls. I'm inclined to agree.
