Nude mod/Isekai'd into game

It had been sometime since you played DDLC. The game was heavier than you expected, but it was still a lot of fun, so you decided to play it one more time. You fired up your computer, but before you went into the game, you decided to peruse through modding communities. Maybe there's a new game out there for you.

There's no shortage of mods out there: yandere mods, harem mods, mixes of them all...but something catches your eye. It's a mod that removes the clothing from the five main characters; the girls, and you, the main character. You find yourself intrigued for two reasons. The obvious being the fact you can live a horny fantasy, but the mod offers different paths on how you and the girls treat the nudity. Are you nudists with the girls serving as your harem? Or did you all lose your clothes and are living through an erotic ENF/ENM scenario?

As you click the download option, something strange overtakes you. You feel a weightlessness overcome you as you start to fall asleep. When you wake up from your nap, you look around and see something strange. Your room looks too similar to the player character's from DDLC. Your body feels thin and out of place.

You look at your reflection in your phone and realize something startling: you've entered the body of the main character from DDLC.

And you've already installed the Nude Mod.
