Not expected but great

Oak tell him that normally he doesn't give new trainers this powerful of a Pokemon but it is the only one available so it has to do oak hurriedly give him the pokeball and pushed him out of his lab once outside he summon his new Pokemon which turns out to be a Charizard first he was happy to get a fully evolved pokemon but when he asked his Charizard to do some moves he found out that his Charizard was evolved using evolution stones and does not know all the moves he should be knowing and is also very underleveled
