Not completely

Walking up to her house, Lilian reflected proudly on what she had achieved on her first day of school. She had friends, already with plans to hang out after school! She'd made a good impression with her classmates, especially with the boys for whatever reason. But most of all, she had the best boyfriend in the world!

She just wished her father would understand, he'd tell her that school should be about her studies not boys. Maybe if he met John first? He could see what a great guy he is and then he'd be happy to know they were together!

Something to think about later, for now she had to get to her room without being caught by anyone. Explaining she had a boyfriend would be one thing, Explaining why she was in a different set of clothes would be more complicated.

She was careful to slowly unlock the door, opening it just a crack to peer through. The hallway was empty and she couldn't hear the radio of TV playing. If it was this quiet then at least her mother wouldn't be home, she always had to have something on.

That just left potentially her father, who might be working in his office, and definitely her brother. He never left the house and barely left his room so that wasn't too big of a concern.

Creeping in she silently closed the door behind her, paranoid that the smallest sound would send everyone running over to her. She could run straight up the stairs to her room, but with a slight detour to the end of the hallway she could check on the garage. Knowing if her father was home or not would be worth the slight risk.

With no time to waste she snuck down the hallway, thankful for her lack of footwear for the first time today. The kitchen was clean and she was ready to check the garage when she heard it. The thump thump thump of someone comming down the stairs.

Lilian couldn't afford to freeze up and made the split second decision before she was caught out. She needed to hide and there was only one kind of room in her house that had locks on the doors.

Moving quickly she threw herself into the downstairs bathroom which was luckily located next to the garage door. In her haste to avoid exposure she slammed the door shut, announcing her presence to the entire household.

"You back sis?" Her brother called out.

Darn, he must be down here getting something from the kitchen. It was just her luck for to get back in the breif moment he left his room.

"Uhh, yeah haha! I had such a great time, you should think about enrolling too!"

"Hmm, how many girls were there?"

"A few but it did seem to predominantly be boys."

She could hear him shuffling around the kitchen. Periodically clanking draws open and moving things around. What was he even doing right now?

"Yeah no thanks, you might be on the whole 'independent adult' movement but I'm staying here till I'm dead."

Hearing his mocking tone as he imitated her saying independent adult really made her want to tell him about John. Maybe seeing how quickly she found someone would prove there could me more to life than his computer had to offer.

Although it was streaming online that go her and John to bond, so maybe she should be going to Damian for advice?

"You done in there yet?" He asked, now standing right by the bathroom door.

"It's rude to rush a lady!" She told him, before adding. "Why do you want to know anyway?"

"I need to use the bathroom, duh?"

"Ju-Just use the one upstairs!" She was starting to panic now, if he wouldn't leave her alone he'd see what she was wearing!

"Come on you're not even doing anything, you've been silent in there!"

Uugghh, she hated how stubborn he go with the stupidest things! Normally she'd just give in but that really wasn't possible this time.

"That's really none of your business, you'll just have to go upstairs." She said, as firmly as she could.

"You're being weird sis, just let me in to take a piss. I won't get in the way if whatever you're doing."

"Just...just hold on."

"If you don't open this door soon you'll have to walk through a puddle of piss when you finally finish up."

She loved her brother but he could be so filthy at times, she really didn't know if he would go through with the threat or not.

She was at a stalemate and only something ridiculous would get her out of this.
