Nope! They meet up in the club!

During the lunch break, Issei headed for the club room, eating a quick snack as he did. Raynare had agreed to meet up with him and Rias at this time there. It would give them 45 minutes to have a bit of fun, minus walking time of course, so... Probably more like 35 minutes. When he entered the room, Raynare and Rias were already there. "Whew, classes felt like an eternity, huh?" Issei asked with a chuckle.

"They usually do, but more so today," Raynare admitted. "School is so boring... Do you have any idea how many missions I had to take, pretending to be a student? It's quite old!" she threw her hands up.

"Heh, that's the peril of being too good at something, your superiors make you do it as often as they need it," Rias sniggered.

Raynare pouted a bit, and Issei then asked, "Wait, you assassinated other people with Sacred Gears in Devil territories before to keep Devil Peerages from getting them?"

Raynare shook her head. "Actually, no. Believe it or not, you were the first one Azazel told me to eliminate. Of course, now I get why. Given you have a Longinus, of course he'd be a little nervous about that particular Gear ending up with the Devil Faction. Though there may have been even more to it," she admitted.

"More?" Issei questioned, and she shrugged.

"I don't know for sure. Azazel-sama is like that. He keeps a lot of cards close to his chest. He often gives partial explanations, while sitting on the rest. I mean, he IS a politician, and a Fallen Angel one at that. You basically develop the habit of assuming he has some other angle he's not telling you about, but... He definitely wants to keep the peace between the Factions. I wasn't born before the war ended, but I imagine millennia of fighting got really old for him," she confessed. "As for what my previous undercover missions were about, well... It was basically just keeping an eye on Devil activities in their turf while staying on the down low. Occasionally assassinating a problematic Stray that could have caused our existence to be revealed to the general public, but you were the first human he wanted eliminated by my hand."

"Yet, he doesn't seem that mad that me joining Rias's Peerage happened anyway," Issei remarked, and she nodded.

"Hence, why I think he had some other reason. That, or he just isn't crying over spilled milk, as the human saying goes," she noted. "But we got off on a tangent," she added, standing up and starting to pull off her clothes. Issei watched with rapt attention as she peeled off the uniform. "Let's get to the fun part," she smirked, letting her black wings out the moment she was topless.

Issei immediately started working on his pants. "Yes, let's!" he agreed instantly, his nose bleeding as she dropped her skirt and panties, Rias giggling as she watched.
