"...if it weren't for my genie magic, I would be looking for signs of the apocalypse right now," Lucy giggled as they headed for the train station from the farming village after they had collected their reward.

"...what's that supposed to mean?" Natsu asked Lucy.

"We did a Quest without any property damage! With you around, Master! That would definitely be a sign of end times if we didn't have Lucy's power available to provide an explanation!" Lisanna teased Natsu.

"...aww, shut it!" Natsu grumbled, blushing. "It's not my fault buildings are so flimsy!"

"...they're not flimsy, Master, you're just someone who goes overboard a lot," Lucy deadpanned at him. "You're powerful, and not very careful with it."

"Aye, he definitely isn't!" Happy chimed in.

"You shut up too!" Natsu whined, and the three members of the peanut gallery just kept on laughing at him. That laughter only got worse as they boarded the train, and he was once again dealing with the motion sickness. "Argh, why?" he grumbled, clutching his stomach as it staged a revolt in him.

"Gee, that really sucks," Lucy teased, coiling her tail around Natsu and massaging his shoulders. "Perhaps I can make it better?" she asked him.

"How could you help with this situation?" Natsu groaned, barely even noticing the shoulder rub.

Lucy snorted. "Oh, gee, Master I don't know... it's not like I'm a genie that can solve just about any problems you may have if you word a wish right," she said in a totally sarcastic tone, and he paused at that, realizing what she was getting at.
