Chapter 3 by SecondOrion SecondOrion

Do they have fun?

No

With the distraction gone, they got to talking, but it quickly became apparent that Emma was, in fact, a killjoy. Every time Jennifer started to have fun telling her stories, Emma would shut it down with some irrelevant comment or clear indication of boredom. Jennifer was not having fun. When it was Emma's turn to talk about her time, Jennifer's mind started drifting to Jason's proposition. It definitely sounded more fun than sitting here with Emma the killjoy. She couldn't just leave though, especially after that whole conversation earlier. Luckily, Jennifer was struck with a devious idea.

"Hey, why don't we go prank your brother, y'know as **** for earlier." she had cut Emma off in the middle of a sentence, leaving her a bit peeved.

"I don't want to." Emma said matter-of-factly.

"C'mon don't be such a killjoy," Emma seethed at those words, "you hate your brother."

Emma didn't hate her brother, even earlier she never "hated" him. She loved her family, even when they were annoying. However, on hearing Jennifer's words, she realized just how much she loved her brother. Even though Emma was mad, Jennifer had just given her an excuse to go visit her brother, and she wasn't about to turn that down.

"Alright let's go."

The two got up and made their way over to his door, Emma leading the way. Before knocking they formulated a plan. Emma volunteered the first idea.

"Alright, I'll go in and tell him that I can't find you, and I'm checking his room to see if you're there. After I leave, you go in and start acting like you're going to take him up on his offer, and then once you get him in a compromising position, I'll come back and deal the final blow." Emma's plan was exactly what Jennifer had in mind, nothing could go wrong.

"I love that plan." Jennifer hated Emma's plan. She really wanted to be friends with Jason, and Emma was such a killjoy. No, Jennifer had a much better idea.

"Okay, action!" Emma barged into Jason's room without knocking, surprising him. Her acting was perfect, Jason had no idea what was coming. As Emma left the room, Jennifer waited a few moments before slinking inside, closing the door behind her.

"Hey Jason."

"Woah! Wait, why are you here? My sister's looking for you."

"Come on, you know why I'm here." Jason was suddenly clueless as to why Jennifer could possibly be in his room.

"No, I don't."

"Ok, whatever forget about that. Your sister is trying to play a prank on you. Everything she said about looking for me was a lie. In a few minutes she'll come back here and I'm supposed to have you in a compromising position." None of this was true of course, there was no prank, Jennifer had just said she was going to the bathroom and snuck into Jason's room after Emma left, and she wasn't going to check his room again.

"Nah she wouldn't do that, sis loves me, no matter how much I annoy her. It's a sibling thing y'know?"

"You really don't know? She hates your guts, she hates you so much you couldn't imagine."

"Really?"

On the other side of the house, Emma had an epiphany. She didn't care about looking for Jennifer anymore, she just knew that she loved her brother with all her heart, and she needed to let him know. She practically flew across the house to his door and knocked politely to make sure she wasn't bothering him.

Jennifer looked up at the sound, and then turned back to Jason.

"See? I told you!"

"What? You didn't tell me anything, you just came in here and started telling me that my sister hates me." Jennifer wasn't sure why she had lied there, but she did know that she was at risk. To be found in the same room as her beloved brother, Emma would be so upset.

"Don't open the door, if you do I'll get real mad!" Actually, she would be very glad to see Jason open the door, though for what reason she wasn't sure. Jason of course ignores her, and goes to let his sister in. Emma practically leaps into the room, showering her brother in kisses, not yet registering Jennifer's presence.

"Hey sis, Jennifer's here." he lightly pushes Emma off of him, directing her attention to the invader.

"Jennifer?! Why are you in Jason's room!?"

"Relax, it's not like I'm here to have sex with him." another bold-faced lie.

"Still! Get out of his room!"

"C'mon, we're friends. No need to be so aggressive." Emma and Jennifer had never been friends, Jennifer had been chasing after Jason for years, and Emma kept having to chase her off.

"No we aren't!"

"I'm a better fit for him than you!" not true, "You're blood-related! You wouldn't even have sex with him!" Jason and Emma were step-siblings, Jason being adopted when they were both middle school age, Emma immediately developed a massive crush on him, and grew up lusting after him ever since, even when they were both in their twenties, her feelings had never faded.

"Everything you say is lies Jennifer! We both know you don't have the devotion to him that I do!"

"Wait what?" Jason was very confused at his sister's admission.

"I'd throw away everything just to be with him for one night!" Emma's non-magical lie had just spelled disaster for her, and she had no idea.

"You're right! I wouldn't do that! But we both know that you wouldn't either!" and with those words, Jason suddenly had far more power than he knew.

"Stop fighting!" he interjected, and to his surprise they both stopped immediately. With these two pretty girls fighting over him, he felt unreasonably confident. He didn't know why he hadn't taken up Jennifer on her offer earlier, he'd always been attracted to her, but there was no use worrying over it right now, in his slightly dimwitted mind, this was his chance to have a harem.

"There's enough of me for both of you." instead of getting mad, as both Emma and Jennifer rightfully should've done, they both just looked at him quizzically.

"I'll just sleep with both of you!" he a grin spread across his face as he eyed his step-sister and his admirer.

"At the same time?" Emma asked, a bit worried. She would throw away everything just to be with him for one night, but she still didn't want to have to share him with somebody she hated. Jennifer felt the same way.

"I'm not comfortable with that, and clearly Emma isn't either." In fact, both Jennifer and Emma were perfectly happy with a threesome, even if they hated each other, their love for Jason won out.

"So it's no good?"

"We didn't say that." Emma quickly responded. "I'd be happy to." Jennifer nodded along vigorously.

"Great. So it's decided."

What's next?
