You have tried your best and did what you could... They have surely done the same. It wasn't their fault the crops failed. You look at all the sad faces around you... You can't bring yourself to demand more coin of them than what they are capable of, so you decide to abolish the taxes for this year. An honourable thing to do at such a case indeed! However, this way you will have to find money elsewhere. A lot of money!
