No it doesn’t

When arriving at work, Jessica found Principal Block in her classroom. He was an old ugly fat man that thought he was a gift to humans and himself a God. He was smart, ambitious, and ran a great school. The Brighton HS Colonels were great at sports and had great test scores. The students were a 50/50 mix of black and white and were mostly middle-class or poor. This made the results even more of a highlight and made the principal all the more well known. What most did not know is that he ruled a lot with arrogance and intimidation. Not anything that would get him in trouble, but enough that all the adults worked hard and tried to stay on his good side. His greatest ability was finding staff with talent that he could control and that would get results.

Jessica was one of his hires because she was talented, smart and hardworking. She had been there for four years but unfortunately her abilities were not paying off in the results area. Truly this was not her fault. The guys had a hard time focusing on class as they all daydreamed and drooled over her and the girls were so annoyed that all the guys ignored them when she was around. They disliked her more because she never noticed and was a great person. They just wanted her to not be so perfect so they failed to put in the effort in her classes. This also resulted in the right girls not going out for cheer and the guys that did go out for cheer being those that were more there to look and not to work.

“Mrs. Swanson we need to talk,” he said before she could utter a word. “It’s obvious that this is not working out. You have zero black students on your team, zero athletes going out for your team, and low scores on state tests.” Jessica was so taken back that she could not do anything but stare open mouthed at him. “I’m afraid that it’s time to not only let you go, but also let the board of reviews know that you need to be considered negligent as a teacher,” he continued. “This school has never had a problem with its athletes passing classes and a sports team that lacks any motivation or ability. You’re obviously not a good coach, have zero ability to attract talent to your team and lack the know how to educated high school students. This should not be a complete surprise as I have expressed the need for you to improve in your reviews.”

“Principal Block, please, I have taken the professional development you advised and have put all strategies to work in the classroom. I have held multiple recruiting events as you asked. I’ll try harder and do more to make this work, but please let me have another chance,” Jessica begged.

“I have given you years Mrs. Swanson but it is not getting better. You seem like a nice hardworking person, but it’s obvious that it’s not enough,” he replied.

“I need this job sir. My kids are here and I cannot afford to lose my job. Please I’ll do better, just give me this semester. I’ll find a way,” she pleaded. “Look, I cannot have one area that is not working when all others are, I’ll give you this fall semester, what’s left of it, three months, to turn things around, but you better find something you have that makes others want to do better for you. Last chance!!!!”

With that he left her there, reeling from the encounter. In his head he thought, this big titty bitch is great to look at and smart but dumb at the same time. It’s obvious that the guys all want to fuck her and the girls are jealous of her but she’s completely oblivious to it. Hopefully this push will open her eyes and she’ll just convince the guys that she won’t be here to stare at if they don’t do better. I doubt that would occur to her or to use her looks to her advantage at least with the guys, but I tried. Hell, I’ve even talked to a few athletes and hinted that they should **** the gullible slut but these students at this school really are good kids and it doesn’t sink in. I went so far as to talk to her stepson about the same thing but he loves her like a mom and doesn’t pick up what I’m laying down. Oh well, such a loss but I’ll find someone else. Hopefully the boys stay as they are great in football, track and basketball he thinks as he walks away.
