Your heart is racing after you press send. After the other night, you’re not sure you want to be around him. A part of you is worried that if you’re any closer to him, you might not only start doing that more, but start acting out even when you are around him and you know you’re not ready for that.

You wait and it seems like it is an eternity before you get any response. Though you’re sure that’s not the response that he wanted or maybe even expected from you, you still do not particularly like the slow response.

Your heart flutters at that and you choose not to respond. A part of you wants to try to convince him you aren’t good enough so you can stay away from him, the other part wants to see him again. You feel a war waging on inside of you and you know it’s going to be hell to get to sleep tonight.

Getting up, you head toward the fridge to grab something to eat. You figure you might as well satiate the slight hunger urge inside of you if sleep is not going to come anytime soon.

You try wasting time with eating, using the bathroom, and even scrolling through social media on your phone, but by the time you are back in bed, your brain is full of all kinds of thoughts about Asher.

Before you know it your hand is between your legs and you’re touching yourself. You tried so hard to avoid allowing this to happen again, but your lust seems to be on fire.
