Dick Grayson didn't even bother with total silence. Red Robin, aka Tim Drake would always somehow know if he's nearby in the shadows. The only thing to worry about was the odd bystander hearing a stray sound and reporting a guy in a skintight black body suit sneaking around in oe of the seediest parts of the seediest city in his world. If he didn't need Tim's help, Dick probably wouldn't have bothered to go all the way here. As he navigated the security systems he knew his teenage colleague had in place, Dick kept his eye out for any traps or devices Tim might have fortified his bachelor pad with. Knowing the guy, boy genius probably turned anything below-deck into a rube-goldberg machine of **** and terror. If anyone ould make Home Alone a reality, it was probably Timothy Jackson Drake.
