What Happens Next?
Next Call
"Okay Mrs. Willis you could go...slow down for me please?" you ask. You push the thought of slowing down a little hard for her. Most people they say they would and never do. You thoughts would insure she would slow down for real. She was much of pretty face and body to end up in wreck.
"No problem officer," Jasmine tells you. You push another thought for to smile for you and she does. She really did have great smile. You send her address your address too. Seeing her outside of work would be fun.
You head back to your cruiser as she pulls back into the traffic carefully and drives off within the speed limit. Your radio crackles to life as you climb back into the drivers seat. There is a call for a possible domestic disturbance. These call were always dangerous and unpredictable. You usually took them if you could just to keep your co-workers out of danger since you have your ability. "Show 105 responding," you say into the handset. The operator on the other side acknowledges and relays you the address requesting lights and sirens.
As you take off towards the next call you hit your lights and sirens and fly down the road. The V8 of your cruiser roaring to life. You are halfway to the call when the radio crackles once more, a female voice chimes in "Show 107 assisting." The voice belongs to your sector partner, Elise Brown. It was not a surprise to see one of your co-workers responding too as these calls were tricky. Elise was a year younger than you and mother of two. You would rather have her not on this call. You were tapped into her mind and could will her off of it but she already called over the radio having her do that would cause other issues. It was issues you could fix but really did not want to do if you didn't have to. You would just have to be very vigilant on the call.
You arrive first to a trailer park. It would be trailer part you thought as you step out of your cruiser. Elise on cue pulled in right behind you the lights and sirens on her cruiser blaring. You cut you siren off and push a thought for her to do the same. She joins you a second later. "Hey bud," she greets.
"Hey yourself," you greet back. "Thanks."
"No problem."
Elise Brown was a cute blond. She was on the shorter side but was strongly built. Her hips flared out a bit more for her short frame but her legs were massively strong. She had been cheerleader through high school and college. She was married to school teacher and they had two great looking kids, one of which was just a toddler.
Your boots make loud crunching sounds as you approach the trailer where the call had came from. Your mind scanning like a radar of a ship trying detect danger before anything happens. Thankful none of the arm people and there were a lot of them had no intent in using their guns at that moment. You find there is couple fighting nearby and figure that was the call.
"Heads up," Elise warned as a old obese woman waddles up to us.
"It's about time!" She calls out. She's already wheezing from her walk to us. Your mind checks her out. No chest pains but she was a pack a day smoker and didn't anything that was not fried. She didn't need any help at least not at the moment but sometime in future for sure.
"You called ma'am?" you ask.
"Yeah like twenty minutes ago! Why does it take you people days to come out here? It's the Grahams they been going at it for like two hours someone is gonna get killed if you don't do anything about it!"
"We got the call just five minutes ago ma'am, we're here now," Elise said putting a hand out to calm the woman down. Reading her mind you saw that the woman's name was Karen Brockman. It would be a Karen...
"Where are the Grahams?" You ask but you already knew. You had to keep up appearances though.
"I gave the 9-11 lady that information why don't you know!?" Karen asks with a glare.
"Ma'am..." Elise started to say.
You pushed a hard thought. You had enough of Karen. "They're over there..." Karen pointed. "I'm going back, they're your problem now..." she directed before turning and leaving.
"Jeez..." Elise shook her head before we headed towards the Grahams. "I'm glad she let us go."
"Yeah me too," You agree.
As you get closer to the trailer in question you could hear yelling. It was pretty bad no wonder Karen had called. She was a good two trailers away. The Grahams were William and Catherine or known to all as Billy and Cat. Funnily they considered themselves the prince and princess of the park. You had to hold a smile back at the thought. Elise was about to knock on the door. You pulled her back with mentally. She stepped back unconsciously from your thought. You knock on the door loudly with the bottom of your fist, the police knock. The yelling stopped and a beat later and the door swung open and you and Elise meet Billy Graham.
"What fuck do you want?" Billy sneered.
"Old lady Brockman probably called them!" Cat yelled from behind her husband.
Billy was in his thirties but looked like he was fifty. Cat was about the same age but looked it. He was a big guy and was fan of trucker hats and sleeveless shirts. He had the arms though. He was heavily bearded like a lumber jack. Cat was slender and big breasted, though her hips were way too narrow for her bust. Her face had seen better times and her pink hair wasn't really working for her. She was in revealing top and short-shorts.
"How you folks doing?" You ask, you give a slight mental nudge for them to cool down.
"It's getting a little loud," Elise added.
They were arguing over another woman. Of course they were. Billy didn't like Cat hanging out the woman. Cat told him they were friends. They were not just friends but Billy didn't need know that. Billy did know though. This was going to be a thing over time that would fester you thought as you look through their minds.
"Just a little discussion is all, you don't need to come out here," Billy said crossing his massive arms.
"Brockman has to mind your damn business!" Cat shot.
"You folks loud as hell you need to quiet down," Elise said.
"We have our rights this our house we can yell if you want to. WE CAN YELL!" Billy screamed the last bit to make sure it could be heard two trailers down. You and Elise flinch at his sudden booming voice. You were hit by his breath for some reason it smelled of stale urine. You nearly gag and take a step back.
Cat cackles, "You made them jump Billy!"
You shove a thought her way. Her face goes blank and she takes a seat. Billy notices but you remove the notice from his mind and keeps his focus. on You and Elise. Elise sees Cat suddenly change too. You steer her away gently. "You have your rights but just keep it down," you suggest. He was about to retort but his breath was a weapon. So you flex you mind a bit.
"Fine officer...you tell Brockman to talk to us before she calls you folks out here again?"
"We'll tell her," Elise replied.
"You two have a good evening," you add as you and Elise step back and the door shut.
"What do you think they were discussing?" Elise asked as you walk back to the cruisers.
"The weather?" You shrug getting a cute chuckle from the blonde.
"They should be talking about mouth wash..." Elise cringed looking at you. You could not help but smile. "You smelled his breath?"
"Almost made me keel over," You reply.
Elise laughed, "I saw you stepped back."
You head to your cruiser to clear the call as Elise heads to talk to Karen. Lifting your handset up, "Show 105 and 107 clear, we're code 4."
Your mind wanders back to the Grahams. You really did not want to come back out this way.
"I told you I don't want you seeing her, she always looks at me like I'm a rival or some shit," Billy said. He worked hard to keep his voice down though normally he was terrible at this and he didn't care. He liked yelling it made him fell like a man. There was thought in his mind however that told him to keep it down.
"You can't tell me what to do and she's just a friend. You're looking into this too much," Cat replied. She wanted to see Janice after this. Perhaps when Billy slept she thought. "Can we drop it?"
"Not until you stop seeing her."
Cat was about to counter her husband. He was too much of idiot for him to be telling her what to do but an idea hit her. "How about I blow you?"
"You don't do that!" He said in surprise both at what she said and the sudden change.
"Let's try it..." she cooed. Cat suddenly could not remember what she wanted to do, she just wanted Billy's cock.
"Well...shit, I'm not going to say no to that!" he said hustling over to the sofa. He dropped his pants and his small but thick penis sprang out. Cat came over and dropped to her knees and settled between his legs before she bent down. The whole action was foreign to her, she never gave head. She in fact was a closeted lesbian. She hated cock. At that moment though she thought of nothing else but his cock. Billy lets out a moan. He too could not remember Janice.
"You're welcome Billy..." you whisper to yourself. A knock at your window snaps you from your thoughts. You turn to see Elise. You power the glass down. "What's up?"
"Brockman said there's something suspicious in that trailer over there," Elise replied pointing to another trailer that was four away from Brockmans. "She wants us to check it out before we leave or she'll call us again..."
"Why is she threatening us?" You ask.
Elise laughs, "You can head out, I'll check it out."
That wasn't going happen. You were not going to leave a pretty little blond woman out here. Realistically though Elise probably could take on any of the men or women in the park. She was tough and she was armed. She was one of the officer's in the department that was assualt rifle qualified. She had a 416 in her trunk. "No..." you sigh. "I'm not coming back here again, let's just see what it is.
