New day, New open relationship

The morning light filters in through the blinds giving a warm glow to the room, John reaches over to the other side of the side of the bed finding it empty. It was weird John had spent most of his life sleeping alone, now it had been less than a week since John had swapped bodies with his mother and now he grown accustomed enough to miss it. He slips on one of his fathers t-shirts and heads downstairs, where he finds his old body and his dad talking. Frank regards John as he arrives, "hey honey I was just explaining that we had a bit of an argument and that's why I was sleeping on the couch" he states, John gives his mum a knowing look if only his dad knew how unnecessary an explanation like that was. "Okay that's good" he says stepping into the kitchen and preparing breakfast.

While John prepares breakfast his father heads upstairs to get ready for work, "so you think about who you're gonna sleep with?" His mother asks as casually as if she was discussing the weather, John nearly knocks the pan he was cooking the omelettes onto the floor, "w-what?" He asks but deep down he knew exactly what she meant for his open relationship to be believed he needed to sleep with someone other than his dad, something he had actually already done with three different men... "God am I a slut?" John thinks as his mother pulls him out of his stupor "you know for the open relationship?" She explains, "oh yeah that, I'll think about it" John says.

The Doe family eat breakfast together but there is an air of awkward tension. Frank concerned about the future of his relationship and wondering how he would be able to continue working after what happened yesterday. Sally worried about the pressures of her relationship and wondering if her son would be able to fulfil the requirements of it now being open. Finally there was John who felt the pressure of trying to maintain his parent marriage, while also trying to figure out how to change back how to get his old body back and how he would be able to continue as normal knowing what he did while as his mother.

Unbeknownst to all three the pendant around John slender neck keeps fulfilling its singular purpose corrupting them to give in to their carnal desires and if John doesn't find out the truth that will be their fate for the rest of their lives.
