New Orleans

John established himself in New Orleans as a Hero, this was where he had been directed to make his mark as a Hero. He started out small, targeting Low-Level Crime and Criminals, before moving onto Mid-Level Crime and Disorder.

He caught his first break when he Got wind of a Big Bank Robbery headed by Bruno ''Ugly'' Mannheim's Lieutenant, Whisper Adaire. Both Mannheim and Adaire were High-Ranking Members of the International Crime Syndicate, Intergang. And Whisper could likely be transformed into a Willing Lieutenant with his Godly Powers, and probably as a Spy in the Organisation and By Extension, the Criminal Underworld.

He decided to ask Robin to back him up with this one, Robin and Aqualad. He made certain to have them Bring Superboy along, could be useful in building a bit of History with the Kid for future missions. But he did so with absolute Cunning and Subtlety, he wanted it to be their idea. He was watching the The Bank Robbery preparations when he managed to corner Whisper, a d used his Powers to enchant his voice to make her instantaneously become loyal to him. ''Whisper! You are Mine!'' Says John. ''Yes Master! What are your orders?'' Asks Whisper. ''After I leave, continue like nothing happened, like I never came, But send periodic Reports to me on tnis frequency, and Work your way into other organisations, you are my Agent, an operative of my will! Is that understood?'' Asks John. ''Y-yes Master.'' Says Adaire. ''When I stop this robbery you are not to aid me or my people in anyway, you must stay hidden as an operative now go!'' #Says John as Whisper nods and he leaves.

''You boys ready?'' Asks John as the Three nod and Go into Stealth Mode while he activates his Scarab and Is covered in the Beatle armor. ''Let's go and bust some heads.'' Says John as they go and attempt to stop it.
