Neighbor Karen Learns a Lesson

Kelly Morrison was the Neighborhood 'Karen'; meaning she was the self appointed guardian of the Neighborhood. Most of the people people who bought homes here, did so to avoid HOAs and their stupid rules. But the arrogant brunette, divorced beauty had decided to appoint herself as protector and guardian of the neighborhood. Some residents ignored her, a few actively hated her most just did not care. But it kept the dark haired beauty busy reporting on all the transgressions of those she disapproved of, mainly teenagers, her primary target, college students her secondary targets followed by single females who whom the hotter you were you the higher up her list you went! She spent a good deal of time checking what time teenagers were outside even in their own pools, she reached out to parents about any conduct she thought was unbecoming , as well as what she considered inappropriate wardrobe, jeans that were too tight, shorts too skimpy and she swimsuits were her favorite targets. Then the College students who might have a party when their parents were away. Most were aware of the old fashioned parents law that many laid down, get busted by the cops, do not call me to bail you out, you pay your own bail, Damage the house and its your ass! Which Kelly could not grasp. She often launched her tirades at the teens and college folks if their parents didn't take her calls serious enough. Her greatest challenge was the single women, especially the younger hottest ones! Since many of these single professionals took exception to being told what they could do in their own homes with other consenting adults. Several of these women came close to decking the busybody after being called out on the hours in which they used their hot tubs that were on their patio's and protected by privacy fences; and the fact that her complaints were based on her entering their property to peek between the slats of the privacy fence.

On one occasion a young lady threatened legal action after she was visited by the County Police because of complaint that she was naked in her hot tub in plain view. The Police were confused when she laughed, invited them and lead them to her Patio that was surrounded on three sides by an 10 foot tall privacy fence, since the legal requirement was an 8 foot fence.

The officers looked around and noted that no structures that overlooked the patio were anywhere in sight which is when the young lady informed that she'd had words with the 'Karen' of the neighborhood, who came to her to complain after on one of her nightly patrols entered her yard to peek between the slats of her fence to see her in her hot tub!

The Officers, one male and one female laughed and took notes and apologized before informing her that while they couldn't name the complainant they let her know that she could be arrested for criminal trespass for going onto others properties as well as being charged as a 'Peeping tom' for looking between the bars of the privacy fence.

But like all things, if you too far you'll get a reaction you might not like.
