Natalie of Course!

The nervous Alex barely had time to register what Elandra had said, he could hear his heart beat as he slowly made his way to the door. Stepping up on his tippy-toes to look through the peephole of his door, he confirmed that it was in fact Natalie, he stared at her for awhile admiring the way her hair was plaited and her bright pink sweater just seemed to, metaphorically, pop. it wasn't until she knocked again, Alex woke up from his trance, he unlocked the door and nearly swung it open on himself. Both Alex and Natalie stood silently for a moment, until Natalie spoke up

"Alex, hi" Natalie's voice was soft and quite, she grabbed onto a leather knapsack that was slung around her arms and tugged at it nervously "I hope you don't mind but I finished my makeup early, and decided to come over."

"no i don't mind at all" he opened the door further "come in" as he spoke he was quickly reminded of Elandra, he looked to where she was sitting, but found that no-one else was in his apartment, Elandra seemed to have disappeared like dust in the wind, what he did notice however was that his apartment seemed more tidy, the boxes and random bits of decorations he had bought were gone, his singular couch was now replaced by a set of leather recliners and seats, their were some nameless modern art pieces along the walls of the apartment and his once modest TV had been upgraded to a large TV unit with stereos.

"Nice place" she takes in the interior of the apartment just as Alex does, "so, what are we doing?"

Alex froze he was so caught up in setting up the apartment that he forgot to arrange any form of fun or entertainment, "we could watch some TV, i'm sure i have some food i can cook as well" smooth one he thought to himself.

"That sounds nice, may i sit down?" Alex nodded and she sat down upon the central leather couch, she dropped her knapsack at the side of the couch and there was a rattle of objects within the bag breaking the overwhelming silence, which for some reason startled Alex.

Alex began to search through his new kitchen which was also refurbished, with new utensils, cupboards and a large fancy fridge, that had an area where you could put a glass and it would spew out three ice cubes, before he could investigate the insides of the fridge Alex saw a yellow sticky note which had some hastily written text, 'Ordered food, enjoy the new home -Elandra :p' Alex sighed and looked back through the kitchen door into the living room, Natalie was looking in at him but quickly turned away as they shared eye-contact. Alex could only hear his heart thumbing like a war drum, with the vacant sound of the TV playing advertisements in the background, the feeling he had was like nothing he had ever experienced, it was like a mixture of butterflies in his stomach and a constant state of heavy arousal. He attempted to compose himself and began to walk back into the living room.

"I-I've ordered some food" he sits down gingerly next to her, sitting down next to her this close really highlighted the difference in height.

"Thank you that sounds great, i have a show that i found, would you like to watch it?" Alex once again only nodded, and watched alongside Natalia, they both continued to watch an uninteresting crime drama for a little over 10 minutes before Natalie whispered into Alex's ear,

"I know this is the first date and I know we haven't really gotten to know each other but I'd like to try something~"
