It was in a while ago Naruto and Hinata was on the same mission. He just come back from saving Gara after being away until his 18th birthday, and now as his second mission he is on a special one with only Hinata. His mission is to make sure she arrives at a special temple, and there she can have only one ‘guardian’ as Tsunde said.
It was a strange experience for him. When he arrived Hinata was unable to not faint when he was nearby, but now she had no problem with him being there. She even wanted him to sleep in the same room, what he at the end agreed. It is his mission to defend her, and it is cheaper to have only one room in the inn they are, for the first night, than more.
What made Naruto worry was how strongly she wanted them to share room, and that she seems more… aggressive than just a few week ago. What did happened to her in that time, to make her change so much?
