Naruto, Ring of Control, and the Forbidden Scroll

Naruto Kazama was grinning as he began going through the Forbidden Scroll, Mizuki was an idiot to think he tricked him into stealing the scroll and the Hokage was an idiot for not having better protections over it. It had been stupidly easy to get into the tower and get the scroll and get out, the only reason anyone knew he took it was no doubt Mizuki mentioning it as cover so everyone would be scrambling to find him and thus Mizuki could get away with the scroll after meeting up with Naruto.

Naruto didn't NEED to steal the scroll, he had already spoken to two of the teachers Sadoru and Suzume as well as the Hokage and found that he should have passed, which brought up the question of why Mizuki and Iruka hadn't passed him? Naruto knew, he wasn't blind or an idiot, he could see the hatred in their eyes and knew it was likely due to him holding the Kyubi, something that was **** upon him when he was born and the village was attacked. From what he was able to find out on his own and from Kyubi and his mother, the Hokage's wife was to give birth to a pair of twins and they'd be the vessels if necessary, only problem was that Kyubi got free before the twins were born and the Hokage's eldest was too old to properly contain the Kyubi without risk being high.

Thus, him being only an hour old was the only viable candidate since the Hokage couldn't wait till his wife gave birth while the Kyubi was rampaging on the village. Of course, as a result, a LOT of people didn't like him and treated him like the Kyubi reborn. Not the ninjas of course, that would be ridiculous for trained soldiers to not believe or have faith in their commander's words and orders, but that didn't stop a few from being weary or cold towards him and the civilians, besides a couple, just didn't give a shit. Naruto couldn't count the number of times his mother and sisters had beaten the shit out of some drunks trying to pull something on him or them because of their association with him, though two of his sisters were starting to take frustrations out on him, which Naruto liked to think it was because they were horny and no one wanted a serious relationship with the "demon brat's" sisters, they just wanted to fuck them like they were cheap whores.

It also didn't help that not being from a clan tended to make you less respected among the students of the academy, something that was annoying because there were several non-clan shinobi that could give the Hokage a good work out if they fought. For fuck's sakes, the Hokage himself wasn't even from a clan and NO ONE wanted to fight him in a serious fight.

Although, Naruto did have some pull with the Hyuga clan after he interfered in the Kumo incident, but that only got him so far since he was just a "commoner" to most of the assholes of the main family.

Still, wasn't all bad, though Naruto had plans and dreams to get payback on all those assholes and bitches that looked down on him and treated him like he was lesser than them. Hence why he had stolen the scroll, he could gain a shit ton of power and knowledge and then just frame Mizuki for it using some of the bullshit that Mizuki tried to feed him, plus a certain something he had made before stealing the scroll as an insurance policy.

Anyway, back to the scroll, he was quickly memorizing any jutsu there, plus copying down the instructions into another scroll that he would seal into a storage seal he had in the lining of his jacket, until he came to one entry that was strange. It was marked as "Genjutsu Ring" and based on the notes it was a ring that had a crystal that was found in the same location as the First Hokage's necklace, but it had been effected by something.

Reading on, he found that it was an abnormal chakra crystal that had abilities to it the more chakra was fed to it with the primary applications being Genjutsu and placed into a chakra metal ring that had been passed down in the First Hokage's family for safe keeping. Apparently, before the First Hokage had sealed it away, he had experimented with it and found that it could place a person into a Genjutsu state where they'd be obedient and compliant to the wearer and with enough practice could even make Henges on the wearer be real and not an illusion. Not wanting to risk such a dangerous artifact falling into the wrong hands, especially with Madara having turned traitor and who knew if any other Uchiha were a threat, he sealed it away into the farthest part of the scroll and only someone with the right blood or enough chakra could break the seal.

Luckily, he had a pet vixen that was more than willing to power him up when needed.

Placing his hand on the seal, he quickly began blasting it with his vixen's chakra as well as his own and the seal crumbled within a minute revealing a platinum looking ring with an Opal set into it. Smirking, Naruto slipped the ring on and immediately felt it latch onto his chakra causing the opal to glow a bit.

Grinning at finally having his chance to take who and what he wanted, he quickly redid the seal putting a pebble in it and then powered it using his vixen's chakra to ensure no one would be opening it ever again.

Now, he should still have some time to look for anything else useful before Mizuki eventually showed up.
