My best friend Josh

Ever since I met Josh I had this super crush on him, some days I can get away with looking at him once or twice, but sometimes I just have this urge to look at him and say dream of asking him out.

I guess it's because when I first came to this school I was instantly bullied as a nerdy kid, but Josh was different even though he's popular being the class clown, he chose to be friends with me and my small group even going as far as defending us from bullying.

Slowly I found my eyes making there way up moving away from my book work, and up at Josh who looked hot with his perfectly styled blonde hair, and his spotless face that just looked too perfect.

Suddenly I felt someone's hand grab my shoulder causing me to flinch, 'you know if you keep staring at josh like that you might burn his clothes off.' Emma stated as loud as possible making sure everyone on our table heard her.

My face began to burn up from her comment, I quickly turned to her as I tried to defend myself, 'ah no I was just ... You know ... Erm ... Day dreaming.' I stated trying to find some type of excuse to my behaviour.

But Emma just laughed my excuse of as she gave me a smile, 'oh really? Bet you were day dreaming about him.' she joked again while elbowing my arm, again I tried denying it but at this point my red face and overly defensive nature just told everyone.

Before I could say anything I heard josh speak up, 'oh is that so? Maybe we should...' Josh stated, it felt like time had stopped as he spoke forcing me to wait to see what he'll say.
