She would have plenty of wealth and resources from the Powerpuff Girls world, that could help your campaign of conquest in other dimensions. Perhaps you could approach her with a business opportunity to not only increase her wealth, but acquire the power needed to put the Powerpuff Girls in their places licking her feet begging for mercy.
- Bunny - Now this is very very interesting. It seems the Powerpuff's created their own sister years back, but their lack of understanding in that error didn't lead to the results their desired. Which eventually lead to poor unstable Bunny exploding with only a purple cloth from her clothing the only thing left.
But you can still sense her energy from that piece of cloth. Yes if you acquire that as the focus than you could not only revive and stabilize her. But also fully restore her into a new better body than she had before.
Though she would be very confused and might still retain faint memories of her sisters. Which you could either use to turn her against her, and make her think they never cared for her or her ****. Or you could twist things around and make it her think her sisters are treated like servants/slaves by Townsville, and don't even realize it. So they both your and her help to save them and open their eyes.
- Sedusa - Now this seductive enemy of the Powerpuff Girls would certainly be easy to manipulate onto your side. She also has plenty of skill in seduction, infiltration, and more that you could put to ample use.
