Actions include:
Rape of a Player, while forcing her sister to join in. (Avatars were forced to be Active at the time)
Luring pursuing Players into ambushes by local NPCs
Spreading around Claimant Crystals to NPCs
Killing 4 level 50 players
Unlocking Bloodline traits
He is known to have Claimant Crystals enough to give away, so he has a plan for using his.
If you manage to kill him before he Claims his target area, you will receive
