I got back to my bedroom and threw my clothes down on the floor, throwing my phone softy to my bed. Quickly I go changed eager to check my theory about the Mind Control Stone or so I was calling it. I pulled my jumper down to finish me getting dressed and said “Right then, let’s try this” I looked around “ Where is that stone gone?” Frantically I moved down and shuffled through my dirty clothes and bed just in case. I looked at every counter I had and moved items checking for it. I gave up before sounding “Where could it be?” I stood motionless for a second then it hit me. THE BATHROOM. I’m such an idiot I thought as I rushed to the bathroom. With relief I put my hand on the handle and when to open it but it wouldn’t budge. Worried I bagged on the door. “Let me in, I forgot something” only to hear my step sister response “Leave me alone creep, i just peed” all I could do was wait and pray she wouldn’t find it.

As I was praying on the outside of the bathroom though Megan had just got off the toilet and started to wash her hands. A glow took her attention away from the mirror. At this time I thought it was a good Idea to yell out “Come on, I need a pee now too” but all I got back was “Haaang on” as she inquisitively looked at this gem shining. “That must be Sarah’s” she thought, her friend who was into different stones for their energy. She quickly picked it up wanting to know what it was as it did for me it did for her. The Gemstone vibrated in her hands and the light rapidly pulsated before ending abruptly. She whisper “What the heck is this” as I put my ear to the door trying to hear out but to no avail. She decided she’d keep it for now and maybe check if it was Sarah’s. She finished drying her hands and exited the bathroom. I rushed in as she walked to her room and said “God someone must be busting”.

As soon as I entered the bathroom I checked the place I put it last but nothing, I looked around everywhere quickly and couldn’t find it. My mind lead me to one conclusion, Megan! I turned around and stormed at her before shouting “YOU TOOK IT DIDN’T YOU? Give me it back”. Megan turned around with a blank look on her face “What?” She sounded. I replied fuming “Don’t act dumb now bitch, you know I caught you robbing my shit” she looked at me dumbfounded “Honestly I don’t know what your talking about” I got closer to her and said “you took my stone, it doesn’t belong to you now give me it back”. I didn’t know whether she believed me or not but either way she told me “you think stone collecting is stupid, it’s my friends Sarah’s, I’m sure she left it here”. I stepped closer to her again and my face burned red with anger knowing what power she had in her possession but needing it back I thought I’d be softer. Trying to reason with her I said “I was wrong about stones, can I have it back please?” Megan replied “oh if it is yours then take it” she reached into her pocket “but” I watched and stepped back hesitantly knowing she was still speaking reaching for something magical. She noticed this and wondered what I was doing but never the less continued to grab the stone in her pocket and slowly pull it out as she said “go take a nap in your bed too because you seem really grumpy” Megan then felt the gemstone vibrate in her hand and shine a light as she heard an unexpected chime sound. All I saw was a quick small flash beam from the gemstone and no chime. The next thing though I felt a little grumpy as I said the word “Ok Megan” and turned around and headed to my bed.

Megan was shocked at the tingle in her hand and my immediate reaction. She wondered what happened and followed me in my room. She watched as I got into bed and yawned. As I started to blink feeling tired Megan called out “Wait, tell me what’s happened and what’s going on” I stoped in my tracks immediately I wanted to move but couldn’t “Ok Megan, well you told me to do something with that in your hand. From what I understand it’s some kind of control stone it can’t change body parts or reality though”. Megan looked down at the stone in her hand that had just vibrated again as she heard another chime. She didn’t believe it but there was too many coincidences for her to disregard what I said. Still holding the stone she said “If that’s true then. Slap yourself in the face …… HARD!” A caught the glow again before I said “Ok Megan” then Instantly slapped myself way harder than I would have leaving a pink mark. Megan was more convinced and smirked before saying “Slap yourself again” again i replied with “Ok Megan” and slapped my face again leaving the mark red this time. Megan laughed “Ok I’m convinced all.” She smiled at the stone thinking about the power she had as I sat there worried about the same thing.
