Meeting someone new

I saw what looked like soldiers, wearing full tactical gear. I heard loud foot steps as someone came walking into the opulent room, there was art everywhere now that I looked around more. Art, a few statues, the room was massive and seemed to project a sense of money and power. A towering tall man came walking in, moving past me towards the massive marble table and huge chair behind it. He sat down and asked me "Who are you? What were you transporting to that tower? How you answer these questions will be the deciding factor in what happens to you here and now." The man was bald, he wore an expensive looking suit, he looked to be waiting for me to start talking. I was still having trouble focusing though, and used that to try and will my screens open. My hands were behind my back but my screens popped up as I thought about opening them. I saw the first notification, Congratulations! You've unlocked the messaging feature for your mental connection! Think of it like sending texts back and forth.

I barely finished reading that before willing to send a message to Sarah, explaining that I was in some rich looking room, some huge bald guy asking me questions. I got that far before one of the solders walked up and punched my gut. I let out a groan of pain, gasping a bit for air as the big guy spoke again. "We can do this for as long as we need too, no one is going to find you here. Your going to answer my questions, then I'll decide if you live or die." As I was gasping I sent another message, explaining what was happening, that there was a texting system that now affected those with a mental Connection. The response I got from Sarah was that she was with someone that had an idea where I was, that they were on their way. "You know people are going to be looking for me right? Besides why would I tell someone I don't know ANYTHING? You kill me you lose information that could matter after all." I heard a laugh in response, the large man standing up, walking towards me. "Young man, you clearly don't know what's happening here. No one's going to find you here, in a week from now you'll be found in the river, dead unless you start telling me something worth listening too. What were you transporting, who did you meet, who are you and why were you being protected by a member of the X-men?"

I looked up at him as I finally got my breath back completely. "You really wanna know that badly huh? Come closer and I'll show you what I've seen. But understand, you won't have a good nights rest ever again..." It was the best move right? Try to establish a connection while showing him a watered down version of the vision I'd seen, I'd slow it down though to give myself more time to create the connection. I heard a laugh in response, a massive hand grasping around my neck. "Really? And what are you going to show me?" I felt it, the connection starting to take form as I began to slowly send the vision right into his mind, his eyes widening as he saw the world in rubble, cracked in half, swallowed, covered in fire, water evaporated and nothing but sand left in every direction of the world. He saw all these different outcomes over the course of minutes, calling out in his mind asking what was happening. What I realized was that someone must have been helping me... Through the connection perhaps? One of the Telepath's I think? I heard a chuckle in my mind. "I'm glad I tried to reach through the connection, I can hold him place like this for a bit longer, make your connection while you have the chance Zane. Rescue is coming." The professor informed me, his focus going back to holding this man in place as I focused back on showing the vision I could to him. By the time I was done, the connection was built and I found myself released from his fist.

"That... is all that what WILL happen or what could?" I swallowed as I raised my head a bit. "Could, but it won't if I'm successful..." I saw a slow nod, the huge man returning back to his chair as I heard a loud sigh come from him. "What was it you brought to them? You met with people at the tower yes? We saw other aircraft leaving the tower." I felt like biting my tongue, I looked back at him. "I got hold of something I didn't know anything about, apparently they were told and had questions for me. As for who was there? Yeah I'm not telling you that..." I explained, several guards looking like they wanted to start hitting me. The big man chuckled at that. "Yes I suppose that after seeing THAT, threats from me and my men must look like children threatening to push you to the ground. Tell me this then, why are you so sure you can change such things from happening? It seems all you can do is get visions like this." I chuckled at that a bit, before looking at one of the nearby statues, that would work for this, and I could use it again... "Is that statue important?" I got a "No, why?" in response and created a small black speck in front of my face, moving forward I booped it with my nose sending it towards said statue.

When it hit the next two seconds caused the soldiers to shake, the statue was enveloped in an orb of void energy, the next moment and it was gone with only little bits of dust left behind. No reason to let them know I could only use it once in a long time right? The huge guy reacted by telling his solder to leave the room, waiting for the door to close before he got up and started moving towards me. "Okay... I can see how that would help. I'm going to let you go, here's my card, do let me know if you need some assistance." I got the feeling he suddenly didn't want to be my enemy, he undid the bindings and handed me a business card. "I don't suppose you would be willing to NOT share this info with other people?" I asked as I had started walking towards the door, only to stop and look back. The man had pulled out some sort of **** and wasn't even bothering with a glass as he seemed to just chug to try and remove memories of this encounter. I only got a thumbs up and a shooing motion in response as I walked out the door, the mans still chugging away.

I closed the door and heard it lock on it's own, looking at the card I see a number and a name Wilson Fisk. Meanwhile the soldiers are rushing down the hall somewhere else while one ran up to an intercom yelling through it. "Sir! We're under attack!" He got told to go fight and I heard the door lock further, I assume the boss was making a break for it while his men ran out to fight. I saw a beam of energy suddenly blast the guy back out the door he just ran through, Sarah walking up as I saw two others come through the door. Sarah practically running up to me. "Zane! Are you okay? Did they hurt you?" I explained that they tried to ask me questions, that Sarah and others got here fast enough that whoever the person questioning me was had just thrown me out of the room and sent their soldiers to slow them down. I saw Spider Man trying to open the door, only for it to suddenly shock him back from it. "Ouch, you okay?" I asked as the White and black outfit Spider Woman looked at her male counter part before turning towards me. "Oh he'll be fine, need to get you out of here first though." With that Sarah led the way out, the two spiders following us. I asked what happened with that black goop creature? "Oh! He's on his way to the RAFT, I don't think we'll be seeing him again for awhile." I heard Spider Man explain. We got out to street level and Sarah immediately began moving us towards a spot we could get picked up from, she wasn't in the mood to take anymore risks apparently. I did manage to ask the Spiders to stop by sometime though, I wanted to thank them for the rescue after all.

The events for the next little bit were a blur, we kept ourselves hidden somewhere we could get picked up from and when we got got picked up were went straight back to the mansion. I was barely through the front door when Beast practically POUNCED on me! Whoa... She looked different! Her fur was so much shorter and softer now, rather than being wild and untamed looking it was more like looking at a blue colored lioness, if she had Massive breasts and big soft lips that were currently kissing my cheek as I tried to get free. I found myself sandwiched when the other resident blue furry pressed her body into my back, kissing at my neck nibbling at my ear. I felt my 3 wish power activate but couldn't hear what the wish was. I managed to break free enough to ask "Who made a wish?!" I asked as I spotted Boom Boom trying to look innocent and failing miserably. "What did you wish for?" I asked her, hearing giggles in response from all around me, and was Beast purring against me? "I just wished all the women interested in you would be even hornier for you~" She explained as I got a better look at them, Beast and Nightcrawler releasing me to stand in front of me. GAWD... DAMN!

My eyes nearly popped out of my head I swear... The former Kurt now Kali looked more like a succubus with her soft blue fur now, Beast with a similarly lush looking soft coat herself. Their bodies though had changed quite a bit though as well. Kali's breasts had swelled out massively from her previous DD cup chest had surged out to HH cups, her thighs thickened as her strong defined abs showed quite well. Then I started to see the others that were nearby... "So Jean? What comes next?" I tried asking only to get looked at by several of the surrounding beauties as they licked their lips, looking at me eagerly. The looks from Kali and Helen looked especially hungry, I felt a twitch in my pants as I struggled to hold back. "I mean objective wise! I know I need to keep training and getting stronger, I also know I need to keep studying, learning as much as I can. But I'm not sure what the best way to do that will be..." I explained with a blush even as Jean giggled at me. "Well before you clarified I was going to say you~ But now that I know what you mean well... To be honest there's no telling when things might go wrong or someone will be needed to face a danger to the world or even just the mansion. The best thing to do is prepare while we can, but we can't overwork ourselves either. If we were unable to focus due to being too tired then that would only make any dangers we face more difficult." I nodded my head at her explanation, then I heard another voice chime in. "For the time being focusing on completing as many of your quests is the best thing to do. The more rewards you can earn the better correct?" The professor spoke out, walking around the corner. "Zane, thank you for giving me my legs back. It feels wonderful to be able to walk again, though with the muscle atrophy it'll be some time before I'm fully recovered."

"I was honestly just glad to help in some way professor." I received a smile in return, before feeling Rogue press against my back. "Hey Sugar? Think you can squeeze a date night in with me~?" I heard whispered into my ear, I couldn't stop myself from saying yes if I'd wanted too and she kissed my cheek before heading off to take care of things. "Zane. There's still a few hours before Dinner, why don't you use your clones to try and get as many quests done today as you can?" The professor suggested, I started looking to see if there was anything new I could do before today was over. Found myself looking at a few quests that I thought I could get done today. "Well I have one for sending my clones to train, is there anything I can send them against or anyone available to train with them maybe?" I asked the professor, he gave me a smile as he explained. "In fact the Danger room can simulate lots of different environments and situations for training, I believe Helen is heading down there so she can help with setting up the training program."

With that I headed down for the Danger Room, found Helen pretty quickly too. "Oh Zane~ You need to send your clones in for training? You could keep me company up here while they go through simulations~" I could see exactly what she had in mind, she may as well have been wearing nothing but underwear and her nipple's seemed to be poking out her bra already. The thirst seemed unquenchable when it came to these women and something told me I would end up with more loving, amazing women around me over time. "Just the training Helen, I gotta keep focused for now, besides I have a date tonight..." I explained, catching sight of a little pout on her face. She perked up though and I missed a dangerous look in her eyes. "How about tomorrow night then~?" I nodded without thinking trying to focus on getting as much training done today as I could, sending my clones into the room, starting with general thugs and small time enemies. Or at least... that was the plan... Soon as I touched the console though a screen appeared in front of me and I jumped with surprise. "Zane? What's wrong?" I heard from next to me, I sent a party invite to Helen, she accepted and saw what I was looking at...

Please choose Training type: Encounter, Survival, ****, or Dungeon. "Helen, can you see this too?" I got a nod in response as I glanced over. I tapped on **** and found a drop down menu, mostly with ??? spots on it but there was one there called thugs. An enemy type list? I tapped on thugs and watched as the inside of the Danger room became an dilapidated urban area, guys with ski masks and different weapons all over the place, surrounding my 20 clones. There must have been around 30 of them. Right as I was about to press start I got a pop up. WARNING! Sending only clones in will reduce all rewards from success by 90%. I thought about calling a clone back to take my place at the console when Helen spoke up. "I'll stay and keep watch on it, you head down and I'll keep an eye on your progress. I have some free time until dinner anyways." She explained, I thanked her and practically ran my way down into the room. Once I was in the warning vanished and she confirmed it, the screen having stayed behind in the room. With that My clones and I went about trying to just use martial arts to deal with thugs, it was when they started shooting pistols at us though that I ended up throwing some Green Orbs at them. The thugs were numerous sure but not much of a threat otherwise, they weren't really well trained either thankfully. I only lost 3 clones fighting them, summoning replacements out when they vanished. The test didn't last long, but I was more surprised by the screen appearing in front of me, offering to send another wave of enemies. It increased the rewards for success but the difficulty went up as well. "Hey Helen? I think I'm gonna be busy with this for awhile, I don't wanna keep you from anything important you need to take care of." I got a reassuring giggle over a loud speaker in return. "Well I do have something to take care of, but I'll see about getting someone else to come and keep an eye on the systems in the meantime."

With that I went back to facing another **** wave, this time 50 thugs appearing with numerous weapons, bats, shields, clubs, several pistols and a few SMG's even. I started using my Hard Light Constructs to block off the bullets and take out the ranged thugs first, my clones rushing to fight in close quarters. The more clones I replaced the closer they got to the next level, and the more they fought using martial arts the more exp I got for the different styles. I found a spot in the environment that was mostly hidden and used it to look at one of my quests, I found that this was counting towards my quest for defeating enemies! These training enemies were only counting for half though by the looks of things, these normal sized guys getting knocked out or beaten down and it didn't seem to matter if they had weapons or not. The first two waves were easy sure but definite getting harder, the next wave though... It brought 100 thugs with it, some of the ranged ones now having snipers with laser sights, the new was apparently including a new type. Something called brutes, taller wider guys with muscles all over that took a LOT more hits to bring down. I kept focused on the ranged enemies, my clones focusing on the brutes as best they could while I bombarded the ranged enemies with green orbs, using my shield to block the bullets. At one point I had fly away as a pair of brutes rushed me, a few of the smaller thugs running at me from the other side. Flying to the other side of my clones I bought myself time, the clones knocking out more and more enemies. The 4th wave came next, no increase in numbers this time but a LOT more enemies with weapons or shields, this time came another big guy, bigger than the brutes and with a massive shield in his hand. My system told me it was a Titan -Shield- enemy, it charged through two clones, nearly 8ft tall and grabbing a third clone before slamming it into the concrete ground.

I felt my power do something different in that moment, following my instincts I held my hand out, palm facing a group of small thugs rushing me, a moment later purple lightning fired from my hands and sent them all onto the ground ****. I didn't have time to get used to that though, the Titan flinging one of it's downed allies at me suddenly before starting to charge at me, so I followed my instincts again and found myself pointing a finger at the Titan enemy. The tip of my finger glowing a mix of Purple and Red before suddenly firing out a beam that SMASHED into the Titan and exploded on contact, it's shield destroyed as the body went flying backwards, it took two more beams to finally put the Titan down though. When the wave was over I looked at my powers again, finding that purple was lightning and that I could mix it with red to create a solid VERY FAST laser attack similar to Cyclops own beams. Mine didn't burn sure but they hit with explosive **** behind them, I wondered if I could combine other colors together and found that I could with some of them but it was MUCH harder to control. Like combining my Green Orbs with the Purple lightning, when they struck an ENEMY they let out a burst of electricity in an area around the target. I wondered for a moment if there were any others I could mess with, I found my instincts leading me to create a Silver glow around my hand. At first I thought it was an attack but then I felt like I should place it around the room instead, so before the next wave would start that's what I did, flying around to each wall of the Danger room and placing a Silver hand print on them, when I finished the entire room began to glow for a moment before the hand prints changed to some sort of symbols stretching around the room. I got a pop up mentioning that my training would be more effective until dinner time alongside a pop up stating how much time I had left. Seeing the countdown I hit the button to continue...
