Medium breasts ---> Nsfw breasts

Just to test things, I focus my mind cursor on medium breasts and change it to nsfw breasts instead. The image in front of me stutters and then shifts. Not only TerraLilly's clothes (or lack thereof) have changed, it seems her attitude is different as well. I instinctively know that it's not only the image that shifted, but also the reality I find myself in.
