May as well give it a shot

As the two sat and continued playing games, with Yang standing upright with her chin to her chest, and Blake face down on the floor, the door eventually opened.

"I'm ba-- why?" Weiss said coldly. Though Jaune wasn't sure if she was reacting to his presence, or her two sleeping teammates with such disgust.

"Heya Weiss!" Ruby said with a smile.

Weiss approached Yang and looked her up and down inquisitively, the poked her arm. Yang wobbled in place for a moment, but otherwise didn't react.

"Okay. What *exactly* is going on here?" She asked, crossing her arms.

"Not much. Jaune was just practicing hypnosis! So we hypnotized Yang and Blake"

Weiss was silent for a moment, before pinching the bridge of her nose and turning on her heel to face the door.

"I'm leaving" she sighed.

"No! Weiiiisssss waaaaait!" Ruby whined.

Weiss turned back to face her, clearly knowing where this was going.

"No. Never. Not in a million years am I going to let him hypnotize me" she said bluntly.

"Ouch" Jaune said with a frown. Weiss completely ignored him.

"Weiiiiiisss! It's fun! Besides you can use hypnosis for other stuff too right Jaune? I know you've been all stressy since your sister showed up. I know you wanna impress her or whatever! Jaune can help!"

There was a brief moment of hesitation. Weiss *did* want to impress Winter. Or at the very least, she didn't want to be nervous around her anymore. But...

"Nope. Not happening. I am not letting him mess with my mind"

Ruby gave Weiss a pouty face.

"What if it was me? He hypnotizes you and *I* tell you stuff?"

Weiss sighed. She knew it was basically impossible to convince Ruby not to do something once her mind was made up. And despite everything, she did trust Ruby on some level. Definitely more than Jaune.

Eventually she threw her hands up in defeat.

"Ugh! Fine!"

She marched over to the now unoccupied chairs and sat down, her arms and legs crossed and her chin held high in a snooty fashion.

"If you're going to do it, then do it"
