Mastermind Chihiro and the Ultimate Despair Program

How much bullying can someone take before they finally snap? For Chihiro Fujisaki, his meek physique and weak will led to him constantly being harassed and bullied all his childhood. The only escape he could find was to dress as a girl instead so no one knew he was supposed to be manly. And while it did work for a while his feelings of fear and resentment built up inside of him over the years. A powder keg that was slowly being filled, just waiting for a spark to set it off. And one day it finally did.

During his time at Hope's Peak his secret was revealed due to a hidden camera in the girls locker room. His female classmates called him a perv, saying he was just pretending to be a girl to get access to their locker rooms and bath rooms while the boys called him weak, feminine, just a kinky freak who gets off on tricking boys into liking a guy they think is a girl. Chihiro was hurt but more than that he was furious that his 'friends' would turn on him. They would pay for their betrayal, they will learn exactly why they should not have made an enemy of the Ultimate Programmer.

Using his ultimate programming skills and various connections to shady tech companies he had done work for previously in secret, Chihiro built his masterpiece. The Neo World Program, a virtual reality machine where he'd make a world to punish his classmates. Using the fortune he had made with his skill he had his school mates kidnapped and brought to the island with his machine. One by one the pod doors closed as the student's minds were connected to the machine and uploaded into the program.

Chihiro's avatar has full admin control while in the virtual world and can warp the reality there as she sees fit. She even made an AI program to help him if he's busy. A black and white two tone bear named Monokuma.
