Mary seems much more casual than expected.

"C'mon girls, we're burning daylight" Mary said with a wink, heading off first and leaving the other three dumbstruck.

"Did she ever seem the type?" Sarah asked, watching the other nude woman walk off, butt perfectly framed by her backpack.

Katie just shrugged "I don't know about that, but she's always worn the smallest bikinis"

"...yeah" Annabelle just kind of nodded along at the conversation, before coming to her senses "Why are my very attractive friends getting naked all of a sudden?" She asked, burying her head in her hands.

"Something in the water?" Their shorter friend suggested with a chuckle, slipping her bag on and following Mary.

Sarah glanced between the path ahead and Annabelle "You doing okay?"

"Yeah, just gay, apparently" She replied with a long sign, before standing up and slipping her bag on. Annabelle even gave Sarah a hand with getting her bag on.

"Well at least it seems to be going around" The nudist said with a faint chuckle "Wonder what's gotten into Mary though..."

"Who knows, all I know is what's she's not getting into anymore"

"She might have spare clothes still" Sarah shrugged, walking along with her gay disaster friend. "Maybe she's so confident because she knows she's got a lifeline?"

"I mean I have spare clothes and I was still embarrassed to be...you know"

"You doing alright by the way? I asked in the moment but uh...yeah"

"Yeah. No I mean, sorry, I don't want to be dismissive" Annabelle sighed "I'm doing alright"

"Wanna talk about what we said or...?"

"About how I called you pretty?"

"I mean I wasn't gonna make it sound so self complimentary but y'know" Sarah chuckled awkwardly.

"I do think you're pretty Sarah, really pretty. I thought you were before, being naked didn't change that" Annabelle explained as best she could, though it was clear she was really having to articulate what she was saying "It just made you more comfortable, and that made you prettier"

"...did the nudity do anything specifically though?"

"Oh shut up. Yes you look hot naked" The taller woman giggled, the ice thoroughly broken "I like you, I like how you look, I like your vibe"

"And I uh, I really like you too Annabelle" Sarah blushed as she walked along "S-sorry I'm not great at this"

"Is anyone?" The reply was blunt, almost stern, if not for the other woman's faint smile.

"True..."

Annabelle took the initiative, reaching over and slipping her hand around Sarah's, but the second the other two girls came into view again she pulled away, instead flashing a knowing look at the nudist.

"Hey girls look" Mary pointed, obviously not seeming to care how her backpack straps accentuated her cleavage "That river works it's way down this path, figured we might want to check it out. Could be a good chance to get cleaned up before getting into town"

"...river?" Sarah asked, unable to maintain eye contact with her newly nude friend "Shouldn't we just keep on keeping on?"

"I don't know" Katie started, her tone earnest, but she had that smirk "I could do with a wash, didn't really get a chance to this morning. We all smell like day old sweat"

Annabelle rolled her eyes, then just shrugged "A bath does sound pretty good at the moment, but it is a bit of a diversion" She took a look down the path, it branched off to the left, where going straight ahead would lead into town, this route almost took them further away.
