Makoto Niijima

Kasumi was surprised to see that the student council president, Makoto Niijima, was the person who had taken her into this room. Kasumi guessed that they were in the council room as she watched Makoto lock the door and turn around making sure to keep her eyes covered.

"Care to explain to me why on earth you're walking around the halls in nothing." Makoto said as she looked around the room for something to cover Kasumi up with.

"uh... well It's just something I always wanted to do so I decided to go for it."

"That's Insane! That's highly against the school's dress code. How did your first teacher allow you to attend class like that?" Makoto proclaimed as she handed Kasumi a jacket, she took the jacket but didn't put it on and just sat it down on the table next to her.

Makoto sat down on a nearby chair and gestured to Kasumi to take a seat, feeling uncomfortable about her Nudity and not knowing where to look. Makoto started off by asking Kasumi some simple questions trying to understand Kasumi's motives and how she was allowed to go this far into the day without getting in trouble.

"Well, you've certainly stirred up quite the commotion. Every student in school is talking about you." Makoto said as she folded her arms, trying her best to keep eye contact with Kasumi.

"But I can't just allow you to waltz around the school without clothes on just because you want to. There are rules, you know." Kasumi swallowed hard, she figured that this was the end of her adventures. There was no way she could convince Makoto to allow her to stay unclothed. Kasumi was about to start talking when suddenly Makoto held up a hand, stopping Kasumi from speaking.

"I have a deal I'd like to make with you. I'll let you continue your fantasies on only one condition. You give me any knowledge or clue you have on who the Phantom Thieves of Hearts could be." Makoto said as she leaned onto the desk.

"The Phantom Thieves? What is that?" Kasumi is confused about what Makoto is talking about.

Makoto gave Kasumi a quick summary of what has been happening for the past few weeks and gave her a few suspects who she thinks they are, laying their pictures on the table. Kasumi looked at them and saw a boy with spiky blonde hair and a girl with blonde hair tied into two ponytails. The last picture surprised Kasumi, it was a picture of the new transfer student she met in the train station. Makoto took back the pictures and asked again if Kasumi knew anything. Kasumi said that she's seen them all together on the roof and sometimes she sees them walk around the corner and when she goes to see where they went, they're suddenly gone. Makoto asked if she knew anything more but Kasumi told her she didn't, Makoto leaned back in her chair, letting out a sigh.

"Well... Thank you for telling me what you know. As per our deal I'll let you continue with your fantasies." Makoto said as she wrote something down on a piece of paper.

Kasumi took the paper and looked at what it said. It was a note that gave permission from the student council president allowing Kasumi to attend classes in the Nude. Kasumi stuffed the note into her backpack and thanked Makoto for it.

"Listen, I'm still not okay with you prancing around like that and if you do it again I wont be so easy on you, You'll definitely be expelled so this better be the last time you do something like this." Makoto said in a stern voice.

Makoto stood up and went to unlock the door, opening it for Kasumi as she stood up and picked up her backpack and walked out the council room and back into the now empty hallways. Makoto shut the door behind her, leaving Kasumi all alone in the halls.
