Mabel "Improves" Gravity Falls

Looking away from Wendy, Mabel looks back down at the notebook. 'Okay Mabel, lets think things through.' She thinks to herself. 'I can't just change Wendy like that. Even if it's an Old Rule, if she behaves weird enough, people might start looking into things.' Mabel bites her lip as she feels her cock start twitching again. 'Okay, set up some ground rules first. Only to frown in disappointment at the sight of Wendy still dressed like she did before the rules were made. Only difference really was the pants were now only to her knees.

Grabbing the Rulebook, Mabel grumbles while quickly writes down.
