"The problem here is simple, in fact you have even identified it yourself. Your standards are too high. You are setting yourself up for frustration and disappointment. Therefore you are going to lower your standards, lower them to the floor."
Under normal standards Natalia would of course have been outraged by this suggestion. But she was deep in a trance, totally obedient to all of Doctor Darke's suggestions.
"From now on you will have no standards at all. You will be not only willing but happy to sleep with anyone who approaches you, male or female. Not only that, but you will be incredibly open minded to any sexual act suggested to you and you will carry it out with enthusiasm even if the idea seems repulsive to you. You must fuck at least once a day, and if nobody hits on you then it is up to you to hit on somebody. And that person must be completely chosen at random, not on looks, wealth or success. You will carry out these instructions for a year. After that your current snooty and superior attitude should be completely out of your system and you might even have enjoyed yourself."
With a click of the doctor's fingers, Natalia was back in the room.
