Secondly the utilization of magic to maintain her appearance was a exhausting task, for a goddess like herself this was trivial in the grand scheme of things, but it was nice to unwind and relax once in a while.

Luckily for Lauren her private palace was a perfect place to lounge around in. Designed by the best architect in the mortal world, it had every conceivable luxury for someone like her. It had vast pools and hot springs to soak in and tons of space for parties or other events. As an added plus she had every room magically sound proofed.
