Look around the room

Your attention is immediately drawn to a beautiful granite statue edged with gold in the middle of the room. It depicts a nude woman looking upwards, her gold edged eyes almost seeming to glow. At the feet of the statue is a plaque that you can't make out from your current position. A hallway at the back of the room leads downwards.
