Long Purple Hair ---> Waist-Length White Hair

Let's see... She also complained a lot about my figure collection being a waste of money and time. She seemed to do that alot, really, about just about every hobby I had that wasn't imminently practical. Anyway. Figurines. I'm not going to do something stupid like turn her into a doll, but I do remember this one time she went on a completely unprompted rant about white hair and me finding it attractive because I happened to have some figurines.

Something about how I shouldn't be looking at older women that way and should stick to girls my age, and the media shouldn't be sexualizing such an 'unfortunate occurrence' and then that transitioned into humble-bragging about the hair-genes in our family and just... ugh. Look: Mom's a piece of work, so I'm going to give her gray hairs literally since she ranted about my doing it figuratively so damn often.

'Long Purple Hair' is replaced with 'Waist-Length White Hair.' Why try to make it longer? She'd complain about maintaining it in the same breath she'd talk about how nice it is to have hair that long so, I dunno, let's try and exaggerate that too while I'm at it.

The camera flickers. Mom is now standing in front of my door, which is open and still just... posing there. I guess it really did make her dumb. As I watch, her hair turns white as predicted, but it doesn't really get any longer. Her complexion gets much paler too, and her eyes turn the same gold as her horns.

Then things get a little weird as Mom's 'cow ears' slide into her 'normal ears' and the two kind of just... fuse? The result is a weird combination that's not quite recognizable as either, but thankfully still covered in fur so it doesn't hit the uncanny valley too hard.

Alright, so that happened. Didn't do everything I wanted, but it certainly didn't fail to achieve anything at all. What should I do next? I've still got quite a list of infuriating anecdotes I could pull from. Or I could pivot to just making her more 'intersting' in other ways: Have I 'punished' her enough already?

It's not like she'll even remember the difference, probably... Well. It'd be hard for things not to be an improvement either way, and she definitely looks like she's having a much better time as a dumb horny cow woman than she ever did as a neurotic, over-bearing tiger mom.
