Lie.

"Oh...that...well...um...I saw these just lying around and I really wanted them." A horrendous lie. "I got so excited that I leapt out and grabbed them mid-change. I forgot I left my clothes in here. So sorry, won't happen again." Even Tad knew this was a weak excuse. His clothes were stolen now he was left alone in the changing room in nothing but a red speedo. But he couldn't let the shop girl, Courtney, know about this. Once she finds out that he doesn't have his things she'll begin to question how he was going to pay for anything and that will certainly lead to an even more awkward situation.

"Oh, I see. Is there anything I can do for you sir?" Fortunately for Tad, Courtney seem to either buy this farce or she was trying to keep things to a professional capacity. Either way, he bought more time and therefore a window for escape opened up.

"Actually, I was hoping to buy more swimsuits like this. Could you go and fetch me some?"

"Certainly sir, may I ask your size?"

"Just bring whatever!" Tad responded hastily. He was eager to get out of here. "I wanna see the designs first. We'll talk about size later."

"Um, okay? Right away sir." Courtney sounded doubtful but thankfully it was enough to make her leave.

Tad was still reeling over the fact that this woman saw him naked moments ago but he didn't have time to sit on it. He had to leave before she came back. He poked his head out from the curtain once again, this time making absolute certain that the coast was clear. Once he saw that his exit was devoid of wandering eyes, Tad took a deep breath, then ran towards the exit like with all the athletic prowess he could muster. Once he exited the store, he was still standing in the mall wearing nothing but a revealing red speedo. He just realized he didn't have a next course action beyond leaving the store with stolen goods he didn't even want. Now what was he going to do?
