Liberian Punishment for 2

Visiting ladies Penny and Julia racked up quite a bill at a Liberian Restaurant.

The former decided to 'dine and dash.'
Julia was left with this and confessed what her friend did.

She was given the lighter punishment as she was forced to eat leftovers and table scraps at the Restaurant for a week.

Penny, however, was bound and put on display...

A vibrator was set low enough to keep her on edge all night.
Julia had to watch her the whole time.

That was a long week for both of them.
